Hi Philip, we are very sorry about the massive delay which is not normal. I'm not sure if you were aware of some recent issues surrounding President Trump's executive orders but this impacted customs clearance and unfortunately your package was one of several that were held / delayed. We have resolved the issue by adapting to some changes that occurred at the US Customs and Border control, and these delays should be avoided in the future. We are really sorry about the long delay but at the same time we are glad the package successfully delivered to you.

Huge disappointment

Awful confusing service the company constantly asked for info they already had the shipping was very expensive and has taken 2 weeks the product is still not here would never purchase from again.

Hi Case, we are very sorry for the delay in shipping. Your order was placed on Jan 3rd on a Friday and we processed your order on Monday and it shipped Tuesday Jan 7th. Unfortunately due to a massive snow storm affecting the US, the UPS logistics center in Louisville had a bottleneck and the shipment was delayed. This delay was due to the weather that we could not control. I see that your order was delivered yesterday on January 15th. Very sorry about the weather.

These people here are incredible

These people here are incredible. While the airsoft shotgun I ordered had a broken piece in it, they were able to contact the manufacturers for a replacement part without any issues, which I feel is great as that puts my worries to rest about international online orders. Would order unusual airsoft gear from them in the future.

Haven't gotten the gun yet

I ordered a gun from the them in November. It's now well into January. I just checked the tracking number AGAIN. UPS says they don't have the gun AGAIN. I've sent redwolf another email. Starting to wonder if I haven't been just taken to the cleaners. But I see on here there have been others that had good success with them. So, maybe I'll wait to say what I am starting to think. The 'oh, everyone was busy around Christmas' excuse is getting a bit thin though.
UPDATE: It's now Feb. 22 and I STILL don't have that pistol. So, in my humble opinion, this 'company' is nothing but a scam. Just a website set up for the express purpose of stealing your information and your money. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I've had excuse after excuse. Just don't waste your time or money on this site.

Can't unsub from their marketing…

Can't unsub from their marketing emails.

They claim that we can unsub using the link at the bottom of the email. But that is only full of it (no unsub link).

And their staff answer to the unsolicited emails was that they can't do anything about it.

There is an unsubscribe link on the bottom of our emails. It's in the footer. We use standard email newsletter providers and the unsubscribe button is a requirement at the bottom. I ordered a gun from them a while ago…

I ordered a gun from them a while ago and the transaction somehow charged me 3 times. The first two refunded and I got the money back but the third time did not and they didn’t refund me till after I had emailed them multiple times showing proof they still had my money. Even then I never saw a refund so then I had filed a dispute with the bank and it has been around 50days now and still nothing. I would not risk going through all this trouble if I were you. Especially since there are so many better options. It’s been super frustrating having to deal with this and it’s had me so angry I decided to write another 1 star review. My other one has more details on what happened if you are interested in knowing the full situation.

Hi JR, we replied to your first post but let me respond again in more detail. When you first purchased from us, we had just launched our Google Pay function and unfortunately there was a bug in the service provider's interface which caused your card to be charged 3 times. Unfortunately we were not able to see the payments through the payment provider screen so we couldn't identify the repeat payments from you. Eventually we found the payments and we are so sorry it took some time and caused frustration and worry on your side. It was the problem with the payment provider and unfortunately we were misled as well. So we refunded those first 2 payments immediately.

As for the 3rd payment, you filed a dispute and once that happened, the payment was locked and we no longer had the ability to refund you. This process took weeks for the credit card company to review but in the end, you ended up losing the dispute and the funds were deposited back into our account. Once that happened, we can now refund you - which coincidentally happened on the same day you wrote this second review.

You should have received the refund to your 3rd payment from us by now. As we tried to assure you, we are a credible company and not trying to take your money. Hopefully you will now see we followed through on our promise to get your money back to you even though you lost the dispute. I know it was painful and we are so sorry for the problems that the bug caused. Very very sorry. The problem has since been rectified.

Shipping is pricey

Cheap airsoft guns but the shipping is almost as much as the subtotal, and it took a while to be delivered to me.

I’ve had to write this review three…

I’ve had to write this review three times because my experience with these people
Just keeps getting worse somehow. This is the worst website I have ever tried to order from. I went to purchase a rifle and a scope and the website malfunctioned and charged me three times. 2 of which took money out of my account I had a total of around 1,400 in the account I used to pay for this. The first order took 540 dollars out of my account while the second took 516 out of my account. The one that took 516 said the order got canceled and was supposed to go back to my account but it never did. The 540$ order did refund however and left me with about 900$. The 516$ never showed back up and when I tried to contact the merchant to figure out where the funds went I can never reach anyone. I’ve been calling for three plus days now and can’t reach anyone. I have only received two emails one of which says that they never recover any money in their account from the transaction but if that’s the case why is it still missing from my account. It almost feels as tho they are gaslighting me into giving up so I stop trying to get the funds back from them. It’s been a very frustrating experience and I’ve had to file a claim on them cause when I contacted my bank they said that they did in fact receive my funds. Which means they either didn’t know they received it or that they are lying. Either way it doesn’t seem like a professional manner to be conducting business. I would recommend buying at another website where you can literally get the same stuff but you won’t be charged up the wazoo for shipping. The website is very buggy and it’s been the worst customer service I have experienced so far because I cannot get ahold of anyone and they won’t return my calls.

I don’t like having to leave such a bad review but my experience with them is so bad I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I’ll leave an update if they decide to work with me and fix this but I just don’t see that happening.

If your new and looking to get into airsoft don’t order from here.

Update: if you didn’t receive my funds then why does my bank say that it was directed to your account? And no I’m not talking about the 540$ order I’m talking about the 516$ one. They said the money had been taken out so I’m gonna listen to the bank on this one. I’m just trying to figure out where the money went.

As for the website I found it was buggy when I would go to add things to my cart and when I would go to add things it would sometimes just empty everything and make me start again. And then the whole thing with the repeated charge when I only wanted to buy one thing.

Update #2 so it did turn out that they did have the money and emailed me saying that they will try to get it back to me as soon as possible and it’s been nearly a week and still nothing. I filed a claim with the bank so we’ll see how that goes. But yeah I’ve never had this much trouble ordering something online and if I could give a review lower than one star I would. I do not recommend this website when there are many other good alternatives.

Hi Neo, I'm sorry about the payment problems that you experienced. Our customer service team responded to you this morning. You made 3 attempted transactions, but unfortunately only one payment went through. We are not sure why but the payment service provider decides on who to approve. You requested a cancellation and refund on 6 Sep and we arranged the full refund to you on same day. It may take a few days for the funds to be returned to your account but this is up to the payment service provider and not within our control. Super sorry about this. If it were up to us, we would put the money back in your wallet instantly! :-)

With the other 2 attempted transactions, no money is received on our end since they were not approved transactions. However there is a possibility that your bank has put a temporory hold on the attempted but failed transactions, but we cannot know for sure since there is no record on our side. Perhaps you can check with your credit card company about this as well.

We are so sorry about these issues that you experienced during your time with us. Not sure why the payment services didn't allow your payments to come through easily.

Neo I already explained to you earlier that we did not receive the funds and we are not lying. We have been in business for 26 years and are a legitimate business that cares about its customers. We are 13 hours ahead of EST time so if you call during your daylight hours, we have nobody in the office at that time.

Regarding your comment that our website is buggy, we have not received any other report from other customers about it so please do let us know if you have specifics on what our website is doing wrong.

Again we would like to help you get your funds back. We are not gaslighting you and have NO interest in keeping any of your funds if you do not wish to purchase from us. We did not receive your money on the other 2 transactions so we have no further information to provide on those. But we did refund in full the money that we did receive in full which you should have received already.
