Terrible service and inappropriate behaviour from staff. Laughing and joking and saying crude words and sentences whilst children about and lots of us waiting to be seen. Management don’t care and advisors are just ticking boxes.
Male manager talking vile about someone attending about their race and way they look. Bully he seems.
The same male manager who’s been banned from pubs locally due to substance taking.
Derogatory behaviour from staff and experienced them inside molo lounge drinking alcohol on Friday 17th April during working hours using foul language and swearing and talking about people they see in a negative disgusting way. Awful representation of the company and brand and knowing their could be people they help who are vulnerable around them they didn’t care at all.
Disgusting behaviour and drinking alcohol and bad mouthing people and no one stopped them. If the management were present they should be ashamed of their staff for their behaviour including their own.
They may want to restart their own behaviour before trying to supposedly help others in Southend.
Southend restart scheme full of advisors who like to belittle people, abuse people, call people derogatory names, drink during working hours and in the public eye and only care about their pints of beer and shots and mixers than anyone else. Disgusting behaviour I hope Mr Reed sorts this behaviour out as I hope I wasn’t one of those people they were degrading and insulting whilst intoxicated in the public eye wearing their name badges and or branded clothing of Reed
Awful and disgraceful
Got borderline harassed by the amount of emails sent in 1 day, got sent jobs to apply for that wasnt suitable for me, waited almost a year to be set up on a online course that was supposed to give me a qualification but turned out to be a hour long course that doesn't achieve anything. Got told to apply for jobs that I pointed out are old ones that hadn't been taken down and also nowhere near enough hours. When I said I was struggling with my caring responsibilities, job searching, going to job centre and seeing restart and really needed a job that was going to replace restart and job centre and not a job for 4 hours a week on top of everything else, I got emotional and the response from the restart woman was, well if you closed your claim you wouldn't have to deal with it. Not helpful at all!. I gave notice of not been able to attend an appointment due to training at work i received email confirmation that it was OK then 7:30pm the next day received an email to say I had missed that appointment and not been in touch to say why, then at 9:05pm same evening received an email off the restart woman asking what job I was doing, how was training, how many hours is it, can you send me details. I think 9:05 at night is a bit inappropriate. Then I received a email at 11:27am saying a phone appointment had been set for me at 11:30 that day which also wasn't even a day I have appointments on. Apart from receiving various CV's for me to use ( which was done by the first restart lady who was very helpful and understanding) I have not found then any use at all and to be honest just created me more stress and affected my mental health in a very negative way. The highlight for me when I got a job ( which I found, applied for and got myself and had nothing to do with restart at all, didn't even use the cv they made me) was not having to deal with restart or the woman I saw any more. Although she was still harassing me for details about the job I didn't have yet and as soon as she had my employers name and email details, emailed my boss without me knowing or asking me if that was OK which I found disrespectful and dont see why she needed to when I had updated UC every step of the way. I asked if I could get help with some work clothes I.e shoes and trousers and asked if it could be amazon as we dont have any local shoe shops here and amazon would be the quickest. Her reply was that that was fine and could get a voucher to use at amazon as soon as I send her my employers details which I sent her what I had. I received the voucher which could not be used at amazon like I had bern told before hand, so I was lied to just to add that on top of the rest of the horrendous experience.

Weirdly refuse to provide details of their complaints procedure
Communication is patronising and unhelpful.
Certainly changing people's lives, however definitely not for the better.

Reed in Partnership, Harrogate — A Pattern of Misconduct
I submitted a Subject Access Request to Reed in Partnership. Rather than sending my data to me as I explicitly instructed, they redirected it to a third party at DWP without my consent — a potential GDPR breach which I am now escalating to the ICO and pursuing through the court.
Their "business manager" dismissed my professional qualifications entirely and characterised my social media presence as unrealistic — I am a holistic wellbeing therapist, clinical trauma support specialist, trauma-informed coach and clinical hypnotherapist.
Her conduct throughout was unprofessional, dismissive and in my view, bullying in nature.
When I posted an honest review of my experience, Reed in Partnership attempted to have it flagged as illegal. Trustpilot investigated and confirmed I had broken no terms or conditions whatsoever.
I would give zero stars if I could. I am now pursuing formal legal and regulatory action.
I received one of their surveys and gave a 0 throughout but kept it anonymous

They only work hard after you are employed then they harass your employer which is the opposite of the service you want.

Since I joined the restart Lewis Fernie has helped me a lot he has supported me with what I wanted to do for work and has been very understanding if I’ve not been able to make a meeting

I met Tsvetelina Krasteva as my leader, I would say. She is wonderful human being! She did more than I was expecting! Because of her support and the work she did for me, I got a job in such a short time it's incredible! She gives me the confidence I need! I was truly happy to meet them all! I am on my feet again because of all of their hard work! Thank you!

Reed have really helped me to progress in my seach for work and have been very professional throughout my time with them. From writing my CV to drafting a covering letter for potential employers, not to mention the courses they have provided, they have been invaluable. Would highly recommend them

Lewis from wisbech supported me with filling out my carers allowance form and my work capabilities form by asking me all the questions and filling out the answers correctly which has been something I've needed to do since December but mental and physically struggled with so he spent longer than the appointment was booked for helping me.
