Regency Opiniões

Great product and arrived quickly, assembly wasn't too bad, the YouTube video was very informative and better to understand than the paper instructions

Men who delivered were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. A loan bed was organised whilst we waited so my mum could move in. Very good service.

All staff in all departments very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

New mattress delivered on time today. The guys really struggled to get the heavy, super king size mattress up our cottage stairs. Well Done Boys!!

Great effecient service

The sales man was very helpful and answered all my questions for me to then decide on the purchase I made in store.

Very informative, fantastic team.

Friendly, helpful service in the store and on the phone.
Item delivered safely on the day and at the time promised.
We are very pleased

There were plenty of items to try in the shop with some in stock too. Easy process from start to finish. Booked a provisional date for delivery and it was all confirmed. I was worried about the sofa bed fitting in the room, but the team of 3 made quick and light work of it with no issues. Great service.

Excellent service, delivered on time. Good product

Helpful service guiding me towards trying various mattresses that met my broad requirements resulting in a timely delivery of a good quality product.

Delivery was brilliant and the man in the shop was also very helpful an all round good experience

I bought a sofa a few days ago and was told it would be delivered in about 3 days, brilliant,
So sorry I didn't hear the delivery chaps knocking on the door at 8am. Hells bells at 81 years old , that is still the middle of my night. But sure enough, come lunchtime they came back and spent a long time breaking the rather large sofa down so the could get it out of my sons living room. sorry chaps. They were really good and did a great job. Thank you once again to my go to shop for good service.

Delivered at exactly the stated time. Polite and efficient.
In and out in about one minute, taking the mattresses to the two rooms upstairs.

Did a really great job and helped put the mattress on the new bed too. Thanks guys!,

The three lads were very efficient put the bed together and took all the packaging away

Great customer service and delivery will be highly recommending
