I had cameras fitted in march was told they'd had problems but would be opening up again but nothing I also heard they'd gone bust

Absolutely terrible, camera's work on and off, wires are a complete mess. The hard drive has a constant buzzing noise which is so annoying and gets very hot which worries me abit.
They never reply to emails, messenger, phone calls, terrible service and now there site is not found !

Very poor workmanship. Loose wires everywhere. When a fault occurred they ignored my daily calls. This went on for weeks. Suddenly they stopped advertising.
Turns out they have gone bust.
I now have 3 useless cameras and a crap system that don't work.
Look out for them trading under another name.

Paid 550 for 4 cameras and a door bell camera the doorbell was big an daft and didn’t work from the start the cameras are always down I have to mess with the wires to get them back on I’m not an electrician but it’s the worst wiring I’ve seen all wires sticking out an the hard drive is so loud can hear it from upstairs the costumer service wow ha they blanked me on Facebook and now have blocked me do not use these what a pile of crap I’m stuck with

There is nothing wrong with my system although I thought there was but 2 days later and still no reply. If anyone else is having issues check all the wires are plugged in and the 2 camera wires are attached together as that was my issue and I never realised until I pulled out the furniture to see if I could figure it out for myself. I've given 3 stars due to no one getting back in touch but the equipment is fine and I had mine put in 9 months ago.

Lucky to get 1star, after sales is distgusting, paid £450 for 2 cameras free door bell,fitted in march contacted in may about 1cam not working still no answer or email replied to.

We had cameras and a doorbell fitted in February this year. The doorbell broke 1 week after it was fitted. Out of the 3 cameras that was fitted only 1 works.
I have rung them emailed and left several voicemails. All to which have been ignored,
I have left a review on their Facebook page which was deleted by them straight away so can not even warn anyone else not to use this company. We paid 450 pounds for a product that is useless to us. We had these fitted as we have two small children and after a recent burglary though this might help us feel safe in our house. After speaking to a few people they also are experiencing problems.

Great first impression and service from the engineers however if you have a problem such as a component not working then don’t hold your breath in getting it repaired. Very sad to be forced to write this but the last straw was because of Russel the sales manager giving me his personal assurance he will sort it (3months later) but after a week not a single response.

Well saw these on facebook at a bargain price. They came out and obviously wanted to outsell to a better product but I stuck to my guns I knew what I wanted and what they were offering. So they installed the system and to be honest all works well. However we were told that there would be 2 weeks of cloud recording by the installer and there is not just the 5 days the box records but to be fair nobody advertised that in the first place so I can get an external hard drive. Then I asked about the 5th IP camera you can have installed but they wanted to charge me nearly half as much to fit that even though it's a lowered quality camera than they did for the whole system. Now this is where they really have got my goat. My NVR started making a loud buzzing noise, I work in IT and deal with NVR's all the time and they don't make this noise. I sent them a recording and you know you know the response before you get it? Sure enough, we've spoke to an engineer and he says that's normal! I replied that I deal with these things all the time and the clicking from the hard drive was normal but not the loud buzzing that you can hear over the tv. They said send another recording so I did and then they said it still sounds normal but we can send an engineer to replace the hard drive but if it's not broken we'll charge you £80 well I can tell you the hard drive isn't broken that is ticking away and recording as it should. There is something not right with the box that makes that buzzing noise if you give it a press in the right place it shuts it up for a while so how they can say it's normal I have no idea. So just as I suspected good initial price but any problems or anything else forget it they don't want to know unless they are taking more cash off you which then defeats the object of getting the cheap system in the first place. Like my Dad always said buy cheap buy twice! And that is indeed what you'll get with these people!
