Ordered the wrong remote for my you view box, when i realised i rang the company and spoke to a really helpful and very nice lady, she talked me through finding the right model number and she said that the one i ordered was wrong and it had already been dispatched, she then said not to worry she will post the right one out to me with a pre paid envelope to return the one i ordered back to them. What fantastic service, to be trusted to send the first controller back to them. When the correct one arrived it worked straight out of the box. Cannot recommend enough. 😊

Notes were attached where necessary. Guarantees were supplied for faulty or incorrect items and a helpline was available but was unnecessary in my case as they both worked correctly. This business is very professional and would definitely be my first choice for any future purchases of remote controls.

The new key was ready in the time promised. . I thought it was very expensive but it was quoted and agreed to it.
