Very bad service
I order 2 remotes with number 4335E and not with number 94335E you send me the wrong ones i dit not order the wrong ones and i had to pay the shipping to France!!!!!
I send you the proof of postage of de pakkage you send me wrong with number 259431.I payd 12,74€ and you only give me 10€ back.
I don't think this is a very good service.

We are unable to refund more then 10 euros, because a shipping from belgium to france costs only 5.50 euros.

great product ans service for a small price
I order 2 remotes for our gate It was realy quick delivered: 2 days after payment.It was really easy to find the right remote. With the easy and simple instructions it was piece of cake to make it work.

One day service to a very good price!
Ordered by phone, very helpful customer service person, gone through the whole process together, delivery forseen for two days later, but package already arrived next day! Thanks for the excellent service, also by keeping me informed by email concerning the shipping status of the package!

Perfect service; timely and complete...
Although the new remote controls I ordered still have not worked compatible with my existing receiver (despite the fact that I exchanged the first ones-with the wrong frequency-with the second ones arrived today), I am satisfied with the service given by your team. I will spend my weekend again to try to repeat everything written in your manual to check by any chance the new ones might work.
