Great experience with the REMS Group in Malaga. The Rems team were super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely book with Rems again. Great apartment located just a short walk from Plaza de la Merced and with good access to walk to the beach. It has plenty of comfortable living space with a large lounge / dining room and kitchen. The two bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment so benefit from very limited street noise. The street it is on has a number of small supermarkets, bars, cafes and bakeries.

Wonderful Experience with REMS Group in Malaga
We had the pleasure of staying in a cozy flat managed by REMS Group in Malaga, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The flat was equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, a beautiful and spacious shower, and a lovely outdoor terrace facing the interior of the building – a perfect spot to relax. It was also incredibly quiet; despite being right in the center of town, the nights were peaceful, and we slept remarkably well.
The staff was impressive, supportive, and highly professional. Even before our booking, they patiently helped us choose the perfect flat to meet our requirements.
During our stay, they went above and beyond our expectations, providing prompt support when we requested an extra electric heater. Their communication was exceptional – immediate, seamless, and attentive. Despite having numerous staff members, none of my messages ever went unanswered. Their 24/7 availability for any queries made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.
I highly recommend REMS Group for anyone visiting Malaga. Their dedication to ensuring a flawless guest experience is unmatched. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Hat mir 3 Stunden vor Check-In mitgeteilt dass die Unterkunft nicht frei ist. Die Alternativen Unterkünfte die mir angeboten wurden, waren sehr schlecht, obwohl gleichwertige verfügbar waren. Eigentlich null Sterne!

Zu Ihrer Antwort: Der Fehler Lag bei Ihnen. Sie hätten auch mehrere Alternativen zur Verfügung gehabt. Die sie mir nicht angeboten haben. Absolut unseriös. Für das Verhalten gibt es keine Ausrede!!!

Rented a villa with REMS.
Nothing but a disaster.
REMS left us with;
Bed bugs, we were full of bites. They were in the beds.
No pool
No WiFi
No TV
No Aircon in some rooms
No oven/grill
Upstairs windows don't lock
Wires exposed
No electrical appliance instructions
No welcome pack
One bedroom with no curtain/blind.
My daughter had an electric shock from one of the plug sockets.
No water after 9.30pm
Only one shower was working
The cinema room was not a true cinema room.
We were there for 4 nights and none of this was resolved during their stay. They didn't care about sorting it.
One maintenance man came at 9pm (after we waiting all day). He promised to come back the following day, but didn't turn up after we waited in whole day again.
Airbnb gave us a refund and moved us to a different villa.
They have relisted the property now and deleted the original listing on Airbnb. Very untrustworthy.

El alojamiento estuvo perfecto. La ubicación muy céntrica. Las instalaciones impecables a nivel de orden y limpieza. Trabajo en servicio al cliente en el sector hostelería y se merecen la máxima calificación.

Myself and my sister stayed in this apartment and we could not be happier with our experience. The apartment was beautiful, lovely coastal feel, clean and tidy with all amenities required. The location was superb - right near a super market, minutes walk away from the main city shops/cafes/bars and a 10 minute walk from the beach. The day of our check out we were able to drop our bags at the office and later were able to wait for our taxi in the office. Staff were friendly, welcoming and responded super quickly to messages regarding the apartment. Can’t recommend enough! 5 stars from me! GRACIAS :)

la estancia fue perfecta! El apartamento muy bien situado, con todo lo necesario y muy cómodo, sobre todo el parking.
La piscina en la azotea con tumbonas y la proximidad a todos los sitios, sin necesidad de mover el coche. Lo recomiendo.

Mi estancia en el apartamento ha sido muy positiva. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con la empresa fue clara y rápida, lo que me dio mucha tranquilidad antes y durante el viaje. El apartamento estaba limpio, bien equipado y exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos, lo cual se agradece mucho. La ubicación también fue un punto fuerte: cerca de todo lo necesario.
Destaco especialmente la atención al detalle por parte de la empresa y la sensación de sentirse como en casa. La llegada fue sencilla gracias a las instrucciones claras, y pequeños gestos como tener café o jabón disponible hicieron la diferencia.
Como sugerencia constructiva, sería ideal mejorar una de las almohadas ya que una era realmente cómoda y la otra un poco menos (aunque no fue algo grave).
En general, una experiencia muy recomendable. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí en futuras visitas.

It was one of the best experiences we had. Everything was smooth and easy to connect with each other. Very clean place and easy check in and out. The place is middle of everywhere. We definitely coming back .

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described,clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Super apparemment, service et emplacement top

Lovely stay, gorgeous room and excellent prompt service! Really good location as located in the centre, with nearby restaurants, shops, and beach isn’t too far!

If I could leave zero stars I would have.
Poor communication and terrible customer service. Thy took payment for a 4 day stay via air b&b then double booked the apartment and gave no apology or help in resolving the issue.

There was no communication until I arrived when they told me I had no reservation and did not help me.
Airb&b organised a refund but the REMS team were unapologetic and extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend this company.
I have just read the reply to the review which they have just left 4 months after the experience. Airb&b took payment and considered the booking complete. I reviewed the policy and any payment taken is considered confirmed and complete. Complete lack of accountability from this company. AVOID.

The apartment was clean, comfy and did us so well on our trip to Malaga. The air con was brilliant in the hot weather and had all the amenities we could need. We didn't spend too much time inside the apartment, just for getting ready and sleeping. If you are planning on being inside more the apartment may be small for this, but for us it was perfect! Hosts were great and answered any questions we had super quick and very helpfully
