DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GETTING LOANS FROM THIS PEOPLE EVER! They will continue to add some annoying extra fees to your repayment even if you are paying on time.

Adding 500 today, 100 tomorrow, then calling you to say you have to pay 70 into your account here and there. Their customer service, very annoying set of people.

Rethink before taking loans from this people oh. Page Financials may be a better option.

I withdrew money from weltrade account into Renmoney and I'm yet to see it for over 72 hours, I've sent several mails yet nothing is done
Weltrade has processed the money i sent the screenshot to Renmoney mail they confirmed the money and apologized but till today i haven't seen it
Very poor customer service

I was debited for a loan on my debit card and it didn't reflect... I have to go ahead and still pay for the loan by transfer... And reported to the Customer Care and nothing was done.... Renmoney is a scam and fraudulent in their activities... Avoid Renmoney concerning loans and Savings

Why are they taking %40? Do you know what is %40? I just believe all the loan apps in are all fake and scams, federal govt needs to sanction Dem!!

All. This apps have a sweet name that takes #100,000 repay #200 interest, then when you apply they will be giving you almost double interest rate

Whatever you do, never ever link your card on their app. The action will fail, but they will keep deducting your money and will not give you any loan. Renmoney is the biggest loan scam in Nigeria.

They are also into card charge fraud.

Renmoney is a scam. You take loan from them at your own risk. They keep debiting from your account at will even if you update your loan payment.

I was debited and even after remitting for the the month. They initially claimed they didn't receive my payment, that's why I was debited. I had to get my bank statement and forwarded to them. This took almost 2weeks to be resolved. They refunded with a lesser amount and they debited me again in the space of about 6hours.

THEY ARE REALLY UNRELIABLE AND FRAUDULENT

Scammers with highest rate. I wish the CBN review all this apps cus they messed me up. Devils 👿
Don't get loan with this app cus they will mess up your life and future.

I opened a save account and saved 109,000 Naira in one day and hoping to continue but to my disappointment I was logged out. I couldn’t login into my account again. I complained to their support team for several weeks but no results. My advice for people is to be careful when transacting with this company.

Very Useless company, with high interest rate and they increase it even after you’ve finished the loan process. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them. Very useless company

Renmoney is the most unreliable and terrible loan company. No one should use this company for anything. From their staff to the head, total rubbish and a joke. I haven't ever seen an incompetent company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Avoid this company at all cost

Renmoney is a JOKE. And can not be trusted. They request your documents and never give you an update on your loan. Looking for a loan, try Fairmoney

Nothing good to write home about, it’s been more than 2 weeks I’ve e been trying to reach the customer service and till now no response

I genuinely wish there’s anything below 1star. this so called renmoney do not deserve a one star rating from me at all, I am suggesting that there should be a negative rating for platforms such as this so called renmoney. Let me start with the fact that this renmoney is a huge scam in disguise. They are so incompetent so unprofessional, please do not bother opting for them. I genuinely will not recommend for anyone. There’s no such thing as loan or instant loan with this people, they will waste your time and they will make sure they have all your details/data. Their app is useless their websites is useless the most useless platform that ever existed. They took all my time and details they have every information about me that of my next of king’s. I pray nothing happens to my money or that my next of king. not even a mail from them as to why am not eligible for a loan of ordinary #50,000 for someone who has an inflow of over #400,000 per month I called over 4times and nothing was done, neither did I get a mail as to why I am not eligible. I wish I have all the time to explain just how bad this platform is. Please “note” this people are scam ignore all the so called advert they all work hand in hand.

Hi how are doing

I sent in money to my Renmoney account so it was above my limit but each time I try to make an upgrade it doesn’t work, it keeps say ID number mismatch and when I send a mail to them for transfer of fund they keep giving silly feedbacks which make me feel that I’m being frauded so I want to sue Renmoney MFB.

I just meet the company and I tardy with them and I can’t hear from them anymore

They activated my bank account with an outstanding loan of #10,000 money I didn’t receive after providing my bank details bvn etc most of their workers are fraudsters.
