Initiated a refund from Temu but got one out of 2 credits. I have been sending email and calls but no head way. Different people picked the calls, promised resolution but nothing has been done. It's close to a month and my money is still hanging.
To top all, I was asked to reach out on WhatsApp but the agent or system kept closing the chat without any enquiry or communication to me.
Their customer service is extremely bad.

Why are you scamming our citizens including me: Someone sent me #1000 and they deducted #50 from #1000 claiming it's for duty scam, who does that. Opay is a cheats I have the evidence screenshot deduction

Opay is scam I made payment for my school fees using opay card then the payment is failed and opay still debited me 3weeks now my school fees is at risk portal will be closing soon and I kept texting them their customer service is very poor very poor opay please refund my 156k I need to pay my school fees this week.

I requested for bank statement from the banking app, it's says it will be sent in 2hrs,have been waiting for two days, I sent email to the customer service, they could not help

Absolute crooks, scammers with the worst customer service EVER. They are currently holding on to over 250k of my money.

I like the Opay spend and save feature because it helps me save some money but I dislike how it scatter a compact money and make the money not fit to spend. I think the company needs to improve at that.

I just started using Opay few months ago and I'm really enjoying their services.

They are very quick and fast in terms of transaction and they don't do unnecessary charges like banks do.

I transferred 26,604 Naira to a friend in Nigeria. When I contact Opay bank they say the money from Wise has come in on October 2nd but according to the copy of the log to my friend no money has come in. Opay bank is a scam bank. Stay far away.

Worst experience ever with Opay. A ₦148k card transaction was declined at the POS, yet Opay still debited me. I provided all evidence (decline slip, debit alert, transfer receipt), but after weeks of runaround they refused to refund. Their customer service is unhelpful and frustrating. Feels like a scam. Never trusting them again.

You're not turn up and not returning my Money back, not even make or take any action, you continue to scam and fraud day by day. This not going to favour you at all, all Nigeria people are complaining about you that you're just debit 😭 without reasonable information

I made transactions with my OPay card my account was debited but the customer account was declined and Opay has not refund my money into my account

Good at first until my 8,000 naira vanished without trace and several messages sent to them proved futile. I now have phobia for the service.

I've been using Opay for a while, and transactions are usually super fast. I love how quick transfers are, though sometimes there can be minor delays. Overall, it's reliable and convenient.

Opay is not reliable. My account was debited for a failed card transaction of #30,000.00.
When I called their customer care line, I was told it would take 30 days to investigate because I logged in complain twice on the app. The whole thing looks like fraud.
