Telephone staff friendly and professional, inspection appointment booked for 2 days time, engineer polite and efficient , parts ordered and repair completed within 3 days .

I was dreading getting my washing machine fixed but the whole process with repaircare was fantastic - I had a fixed-price quote in a few minutes with no need for an engineer visit and everything was sorted out in a week, including ordering a new motor

Quick efficient service all round from booking to repair completion. Was offered earlier appointment and engineer was polite and efficient, very knowledgeable. Had the parts and fixed the appliance quickly. Would definitely use again, hopefully won’t need to for a while!

I was booked in for a oven repair over a week in advance,being told will be between 8am/8pm so waited in all day gets to 14.30. Not heard anything so rang the number on job sheet first to be told the engineer couldn't get hold of me. Which was not true they mixed me up with another customer. Then someone rang me back to apologise apparently my job was not booked in with the engineer.so was booked in the next day I had to say after 1pm due to having appointments myself the engineer rang in the morning and he came afternoon. Job got done which was good and was not his fault.

The engineer was extremely professional and polite and would definitely use this service again.

Although it took four callouts after initial diagnosis/repair didn't fix the root cause. The team kept on top.of the issue, arranged engineers timeously, provided good updates and great communication.

Very good communications throughout and a local and experienced engineer who turned up when he said he would and who explained what the problem was and how it would be fixed. The job was also completed quickly and efficiently,

I booked a repair for my LV fridge several weeks ago, advising the company that there was an issue with the fan and it likely required a new one. I paid £125 - a fee that was designed to cover the repair in full - and an engineer duly attended and confirmed that a new fan was needed.

Since then, Repaircare have not been able to source the part, yet they have retained my £125 and are refusing a refund, even though my fridge is no closer to being fixed. I have in effect, paid £125, to be told what I already know.

The person who came to repair the appliance was very good & professional but I don’t like paying up front. Major flaw with the company
