Very quick, easy ordering and keys arrived promptly. I would recommend using Replacement Keys.

This is one of the rare occasions when I really want to leave a review. I contacted Replacement Keys Ltd., at 1pm on Tuesday 17th March 2026 to enquire if they could cut additional keys for a YALE Platinum 3 Star Euro Profile cylinder lock. This is a high security lock that can only be cut from a code, and cannot be cut from a spare key template. Within minutes of my enquiry I received an email back to ask if I could send a high quality photo of the key, with instructions and visuals of how to take the photo. Following their instructions, I sent a photo of the key I needed. Wihin a very short space of time I received an email to confirm that they had been able to decode this key from the photo I had provided, and could provide spares. They provided a link to their order and payment portal, which was pre-populated with the essential key cutting codes. I only had to enter the quantity required. I ordered accordingly and received an email at 4,00pm to advise that the keys had been despatched by Royal Mail. The keys were received at 10.00am the next day. I have since tested the keys, and needles to say they all work perfectly. I had previously used this company to provide spare keys for a mail box to a property I own in Spain, again from a photo. Again a success. Never mind their engineering skills; their pricing is very competitive also. I cannot recommend this company highly enough as they have provided me with the very best online service that I have ever experienced.

I had replacement keys made manually locally and they did not work. Using the code on the key, I ordered from Replacement Keys and they shipped them from the UK to Belgium the following day. When the keys were received they worked perfectly. On the negative side, the order had to go through Belgian Customs and duty paid . The total cost for postage and duty more than doubled the cost of the order. It was still a great service.
