I'm a bit dim... A friend asked me to fix their lock on a roof box. All it needed were new keys, so I ordered them. They were here next day. But, they didn't work... I guessed right away it was my fault as I had read the numbers upside down (I know, I know).

I contacted RK and Hayley responded right away and confirmed I was a dork (she was actually very professional, didn't point & laugh, just informed me of the correct numbers & a link). I was also asked to return the incorrect keys for a refund! Wow! I honestly thought I would have to swallow that mistake! But they were unused, so...

Anyhoo, I have to give the company a MASSIVE thank you for helping out a dim witted bloke who now knows, next time, email a photo of the lock and ask which way up the numbers should be FIRST. i.e. is this a 6 or a 9....? Doh!
