Excellent, quick dishwasher repair
The engineer who visited was knowledgeable. Sorted the problem quickly. Very impressed. This job was under a warranty, but would use in the future as the service was good.

Engineer fixed within the hour
Engineer on site when booked and identified the issue with the dishwasher straightway and fixed it within the hour. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the number of days between booking the fault and having the engineer date

Extremely efficient service
Notified of 3 hour window the day before; contacted by engineer when he was about 15mins away. He arrived promptly and replaced the glass on my induction hob very efficiently ... in and out within 10 mins taking the broken glass with him.
Imrovement suggestion: Provide engineers with shoe covers for those households that don't wear shoes in the house. I know it may mot be safe to remove shoes if dealing with broken glass.
