Received great advice for my purchase of a complete system. Booked an appointment with Olivia who took the time to show me options and set up several demonstrations.
The difference in sound at different price points.
I wanted a deck,amp, cd player and speakers.
Loved the speaker stands as well

Bought in store at Cambridge. Manager arranged next day delivery for me. Delivered by DPD with excellent communication & on time delivery. Staff had experience of these type of headphones. Unfortunately these headphones come under your no return for hygenic reasons so I couldn't compare the different models to hear what was suitable. I managed to try them out at a local department store which had them on a tethered display linked to a bluetooth demonstration unit so I could choose the model I liked. These headphone styles are as hygenic as sunglasses as they do not fit inside the ear.

I have purchased a Samsung OLED TV but it is faulty out of factory. Unfortunately the model is discontinued. Although finally I have to return the TV, this is indeed a very positive experience - Olivia and Paul are very professional, fair and helpful in resolving my issue in the whole process, making my whole family their happy customer.

No wonder why Richer Sounds has such a great reputation. Highly recommended!

I was interested in buying the SP3000T A&K portable player put wanted to hear it first to check it really was a significant improvement on the SP 2000t. Tom was extremely flexible in trying to meet my needs and arrange for the player to be sent to me so I could try it at home. Delighted with the player,
