The delivery was 5 minutes early, the delivery guy put the big box, in the spot I cleared. They were in and out in a couple of minutes

Very good customer service and delivery experience
Driver phoned ahead and explained process. Very friendly and un-rushed.
The store phoned the next day to check everything was okay. I had a technical query and after checking we'd done the basics correctly he researched the answer and emailed some ideas later. Impressive customer service.

Delivery was clearly communicated before the date/time.
Karol and Paul delivered efficiently and provided knowledge to help with the initial setup, even though installation wasn't required.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, highly recommend!The delivery was absolutely spot on. The team was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and arrived right on time. They even called me beforehand to confirm and helped carry everything inside without any issues. Amazing experience, I highly recommend them!

Great service
Stuart in Liverpool sales team was excellent - he called me following my initial email enquiry, answered all my questions about specifications of several different models, provided quotes and price matched my final choice.
Communication regarding delivery was excellent - email the night before, text on the day and phone call 20 mins before arrival. The item was delivered on time by Karol and Paul, who were very pleasant and professional.
