Very person-oriented customer experience
Gareth and Mark got in touch in the morning to let me know their estimated time, gave me a call to check they could deliver early and then double checked to see if I needed a hand with prepping for installation.
After I setup my soundbar, I noticed that the price had lowered, so contacted the Price Promise team and Niall confirmed that they would match their new price for the product!
All-in-all, I hope more companies can operate like this. Felt familiar and personal!

Promised in 7 days arrived in 2. Regular Communication and updates. On day of delivery messaged to confirm time
and again 20 mins before delivery. Gareth and Mark arrived on time Friendly and polite. Offered to remove their shoes and went over and above to ensure the delivery was stored safely. Great service - thanks guys

Thank you for the very quick delivery
Thank you for the very quick delivery of my new TV. The driver, Gareth, was very courteous and kept me updated all the time as to when he would arrive, and the TV was promptly delivered. Another company had offered to deliver the same TV in approximately four weeks as they had to order from the manufacturer. Richer Sounds is perfect, and a six-year warranty is thrown in—can't ask for more!

Highly recommend richersounds
I couldn't use a voucher code so phoned richersounds and Steven sorted it for me.
This is the second tv we have purchased from them and cannot recommend them enough.
My old TV is still going strong after approximately 6 years but we are having a media wall put in so went for the 65inch TV and we can use the old one in another room.
From purchase to delivery was absolutely brilliant, they sent me a email the night before saying my delivery will arrive today and then i was kept informed via text giving me a time slot.
Gareth and Travis rang me again to say they were 10 minutes away.
They both respected my property and offered to take their shoes off.
They placed the tv exactly where I wanted it .
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
Highly recommend this company.
They even emailed me again to say any problems give them a call.
