Richer Sounds - Distribution Opiniões 

Trav and Rob from Richer Sounds delivered speedily and fuss free, gave me all sorts of good advice generally and got my new TV to me in mint condition. Couldn't ask for a more capable outfit to look after what is a high spend for me, and was especially pleased that the boys were from Richer themselves rather than a third party that might have felt less invested.

The two delivery men was fantastic. They took my 65 inch tv upstairs for me which made it easier . 😀

Delivered on time and good communication

The delivery was 10/10.
I wasn't in but managed to arrange my mother to come round to take the delivery. She said they was fantastic and she also commented that one of the guys delivering was "a bit of a dish" 😂. Thank you for making it such as smooth transaction.

Excellent delivery from Gareth & Mark, they phoned to let me know they were on there way and was very pleasant and polite when they arrived.

Tv delivered on time with Trav and Rob phoning beforehand to say they were on their way. Very polite and courteous.

My new TV arrived in the time slot as stated in the email. Rob and Trav rang to say they were 30 mins away . Look forward to using my new tech. Thanks Richer Sounds who are spot on as always. I've bought tech from them for 25 years now.

Zak and Ian delivered my new tv, they were prompt, courteous and kept me in the loop every step of the way. An excellent service all round.

Rob & Trav were excellent. I received a text the day before giving a time slot and a phone call shortly before arrival. They were very helpful and polite and had a friendly manner. Cannot fault them.

Terrific service. The sales assistant, Alex, sourced me a TV from another shop when the model I wanted was not available at Sheffield or from another store. He also chased up delivery for me the following week, liaising with the other shop.

From ordering to delivery, everything was a smooth process. The delivery man (Gaz), awesome and friendly gentleman. Even asked if he should take his shoes off before entering the house. Delivery was not expected until next week (we ordered it Tuesday evening) but Richer Sounds managed to get the TV to us by 8:30 am Thursday morning. Karol and Paul, the delivery guys were brilliant. Karol even took the time to introduce himself to our dog who was barking madly. Thank you. Great service!

Thank you Trav and Rob for such great prior communication and then your friendliness on your stated arrival time.Sorry about the long driveway where you had to carry the large TV without complaint unlike other delivery companies.All in all a superb service.

2 great guys Trav and Rob who excelled and went beyond the expected service. Taking an 85" TV up very awkward stairs. Fantastic guys. They couldn't do enough and explained everything I need to do clearly. They were absolutely marvellous and gentlemen. 10 🌟 s
