Great Argon Audio TT
Purchased a turntable as part of my birthday present. Staff were very informative and advised on what was available. Turntable is great and at last I am able to play my 30-40yo LPs.

Excellent service…
Dealing with Simon from the Glasgow branch over the phone was easy.
There was no pressure and thankfully no attempt to upsell.
The purchase of the tv was very straightforward and when I arrived to collect the tv the staff were excellent and put the tv in the car for me.

Professional sales people in store not pushing sales
Delivery subcontracted out TV was faulty on delivery
New TV was re delivered by sub contracted delivery team
The delivery team were awkward & didn’t want to use the new box from delivered TV to take faulty TV away

I have bought many times from Richer Sounds. Simon who has always understood my needs and advised me accordingly.
I was happy with my purchases and as always the great service from Richer Sounds.
It's my number 1 place to go for hi fi and headphones.

Got caught up in traffic
Got caught up in traffic, shop would have been closed when I got there if gentleman hadn’t waited for me. Beat that. Bought my last TV there 15 years past, best price took me back again

The staff were very knowledgeable
The staff were very knowledgeable, without being overbearing. They demonstrated the Bookcase speakers I purchased and even gave me a discount since I was a VIP member.

We have been buying all our audio items for years with this company. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly especially David with his excellent customer care , expertise,and product knowledge. Nothing he can't help with ! Value for money and always excellent products . Will continue to use Richer Sounds as they are the best .

The Manager at Glasgow gave me the info I needed to make the right purchase. I had been struggling to find any CD player that would output via Bluetooth to my Sony headphones. Problem solved and a big THANK YOU.
