We bought an internet Hisense Tv with Levi taking us through the process his knowledge was simply incredible what a nice friendly guy and a great buying experience!!

Wanted some noise cancelling headphones for a long haul flight that would link with plane via Bluetooth or wired. Richard sorted me out with a pair that should do the job and not at a silly price.

Levi at Leicester was just brilliant. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic and listened to exactly what I was trying to achieve. Have got it home and it sounds *awesome*. He also stopped my friend spending money on kit he didn’t need. How refreshing! But cannot recommend these guys highly enough 🙌🦾

Fantastic service throughout. Great products and knowledge. We dealt with Levi who is a credit to the company. So knowledgeable, patient and he listens and really cares. He was also brilliant with our two little girls. From start to finish the service from Richer Sounds has been impeccable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for TV’s and Hi Fi’s it’s lovely to know that some businesses have kept customer service as a priority, Richer Sounds in Leicester welcome you in, listen to you, spend time with you. Smooth transaction, and friendly helpful staff. The whole experience of buying my television from Richer Sounds in Leicester was hassle and stress free. After being trapped in a vicious circle with major high street retailer, I had by a stroke of luck managed to break free of having to constantly use them. I headed straight to Richer Sounds to deal with a human being who was super helpful and accommodating. The whole process was smooth and just so stress free. TV delivered the next day by a fantastic courier. I'd just like to say thank you to Bernell for a job well done and just making everything so much easier than who I had to deal with previously!

I have recently purchased the new SVS SB-3000 subwoofer from Richer Sounds. I received the same impeccable service from the friendly and highly experienced staff, with special thanks (but not exclusively) to James. The ordering process was made easy and delivery was arranged for the following day through DPD. I honestly cannot fault this company.

I cannot praise the staff at the Leicester branch enough. When I received a home delivery of a faulty piece of kit, they arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered to the store the next day for me to pick up.
