Went to get something at London Bridge Store and experience was awful…The guy at the store was so rude and unhelpful…I am I VIP customer and I always shop at this Branch I mean it was terrible experience i would not recommend it at all and also I don’t think I will buy anything from this company again…also not to forget my product hade a scratch when I opened but I choose not to return it…anyway very disappointed…

Went to buy bracket for Sonos Bar Gen 2 and HDMI cable with it…it was terrible experience the guy at London Bridge Store was rude and arrogant it was not helpful at all…I am a ViP customer and I always shop at RS but this is the first time I experienced something like this so this completely change my view…I would never buy anything from RS and I would not recommend it either and not too forget my Bracket was scratched too…so yeah will shop elsewhere from now on…avoid it if you can…

Shop assistant Alex gave expert, easy-to-understand advice on exactly what product I need and even offered to set it up for free. By contrast the shop assistant in John Lewis clearly didn't know his tec gear.

Once again a brilliant service from a team of people that take pride in customer service and truly understanding the products that they sell.

Always my first port of call when it comes to buying audiovisual tech, and always a first class service. Over the years I’ve spent tens of thousands with them and will continue to do so. Cannot recommend enough. This company shows what true customer service can be like. If only other companies were the same.

Great service and product from Richer Sounds as usual. Robin couldn't do enough to ensure I was purchasing the correct item for my needs at the right price over the phone.

Our New Bluray player was delivered speedily with great comms from both the store and the courier.
Dispatched and shipped as described.

To top it off there was a couple of surprise bonus Blu Rays included in the package for us to test our new purchase!!

Even though this was not the local Chester store I usually deal with, the service from London Bridge matched the high standards I have come used to from Richer Sounds.

I called in by phone to check if those spicy AKG N9 headphones are available for pickup within 20 min as delivery to North Greenwich would be too much trouble sustainability wise. So I travelled those few stops by tube to London Bridge, and as the shop has moved down the road I had that look out until located; easy peasy. Great service, a little discount on top with some great advice on a Klipsch subwoofer made it a happy afternoon.

Very helpful and efficient purchase of a TV.

It was time to update my LG TV, soundbar and accessories and there was no other option but to go to Richer Sounds at London Bridge. Terry was patient and managed to result my enquiries in a quality package.

Service at the London Bridge store fully lived up to the high standards expected by Richer Sounds. Terry was particularly helpful, over several visits, with a malfunctioning amp and the selection of an upgrade.

I was the ultimate pain in the arse - ordered and paid for a telly one day for delivery later that week and then returned to the shop the next day to swap it for another one. All the admin surrounding it was completed with minimum fuss
I would hate customers like me but Terry remained unflustered throughout! Top man.

Staff took as much time as necessary to understand problem I had with TV, including discussing together possible causes. Suggested tests to determine cause. Only suggested possible purchase of replacement at the end.
Also opened up when I arrived at the shop before opening time.
Having used this firm previously, this only confirmed my appreciation of their experience, expertise, and genuine concern for the customer

Alex from the London Bridge branch was excellent. Very knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely be back in the future to buy again.

Not only was the service excellent when I bought my item, but it was also excellent when I needed to return it.
I couldn't possibly recommend them highly enough for their knowledge, professionalism and customer care.
Five stars all the way.

I bought a ex-Display (open box) TV from Richer Sounds and honestly the experience could not have been more human. The staff care about their work and products. Interacting with them is refreshing and not the typical "sales-man/woman" attitude.

I'll explain why:
- Super helpful staff, they took photos of the TV for me to look at the "used" state so that I could get a feel before committing to purchasing.
- We discussed delivery options and it came on the same day of purchasing
- The box did not include the legs the TV, which was a problem, but again I called the store and they sent me a replacement on the same day, not even an hour later.

TV still comes with 6 year warranty so even from that perspective I'm very content.

I wouldn't hesitate to get any ex-display item from Richer Sounds again.
