The customer service great particularly from Robin who I met in the London Bridge branch and who helped me to choose a music centre which took out the stress out of trying to make a decision. Robin also kindly offered to assemble the music centre at my home which was really appreciated.

I have purchased from Richer Sounds a few times, but this was the first time I visited one of the stores.
I had planned on purchasing an EVO150 SE, but was not sure about getting speakers for it at this time.
I had the EVO 150 confused with the cheaper EVO one.
Malik sorted out my confusion and set up the experience room for me to try the EVO 150combined with a pair of DALI Oberon 5's.
I was very impressed, but being concerned about the ability to use wireless headphones with the system, Malik organised a demo of this feature. It is important as this system is for the living room and sometimes I want to listen to music while my wife is watching TV.
