The headphones are brilliant. The app lets you EQ the sound I like very much recommended. The only fly in the ointment is DPD. I dread deliveries from them. This time was no different. The driver took one look a the flats and drove straight passed. I then had to go and collect from a shop. Despite the fact I was at home and never left the flat. I paid for home delivery. Please stop using DPD as they couldn't a cold in the middle of a Pandemic.

I recently purchased Humax aura EZ 4K FHR-6000T personal video recorder. The superficial nature of the accompanying user manual meant that the procedure for its initial installation and configuration was anything but straightforward.
Following a visit to the Manchester branch of Richer Sounds, the staff quickly resolved my installation problems by offering and delivering a prompt solution.
It makes a refreshing change to deal with staff with relevant technical knowledge and abilities as opposed to staff whose expertise lies solely in sales and marketing.

He got in touch directly when my initial choice of product was unavailable, and guided me towards a suitable alternative with expert advice provided in an easily understandable way. Everything is first class,equipment working perfectly, just one thing that spoils it, there was no full manual in the box, this manual has 168 pages which is needed to help you with the complete installation of all the full aspects of this fantastic unit.
