Very impressed!
Couldn't have wished for a better experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great range of products and competitive pricing. I recently purchased a TV from them and won't be going anywhere else when I upgrade my sound system.

Both staff was friendly and professional. Answered all the technical questions I asked and helped me walk away with a tv. Couldn't get a better service.

Staff at the MK store were friendly and approachable and took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave an honest recommendation best suited to my needs. Also gave good advice and took time to explain how to install the products I bought (as someone who isn't that technically minded).

Great customer service, not only do they match the price of the same product found online they even took off an extra fiver. Was kept well informed about the delivery date, and the chaps who delivered were great too.

Really happy with my experience buying my new Samsung TV from Richer Sounds. The phone service was excellent – the person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and made everything really easy. I also got a great discount,( price match) which was a lovely bonus!
Great customer service, great price, and a smooth buying experience from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Richer Sounds again. And 6 years warranty!!!

Aidan at the MK branch of Richer Sounds has always been super helpful and trustworthy.
This time he advised on a replacement turntable, plus with guidance as to how we might set it up and connect it to our existing system. He is also willing to talk us through once it arrives, if we find that we need a little more help. He never over-sells and can be trusted to support us in making the decision that's right for us.
Also really reassuring to see the staffing continuity in this employee-owned company - all credit to them.

Ordered online. Site easy to navigate and straightforward to place order. New TV delivered within three days. Great communication from Richer Sounds re delivery, guarantee etc. Price very competitive. Would definitely use them again.
