Put a JBL Flip 7 speaker aside for me to pick up the next day. Great sounding speaker, the third JBL bluetooth speaker we've had for the family (on your recommendation), really excellent bit of kit.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm pleased that you took advantage of the Reigate store listening facility. The colleague love demonstrating the products for customers and are always happy to arrange sessions with some notice.
I'm sorry that the supplier instructions for the product weren't satisfactory however and will of course pass this on to to them, should you need any technical assistance please do get in touch with the branch direct or failing that our customer service team..

Ian the Store manager was knowledgable and guided us through a smooth purchase with a new TV (even showing us some of th ehigh-end stuff so we understood the technology comparisons between different brands).

I was able to go to a store to see the products and receive good advice from the helpful, knowledgeable staff. The problem with my existing TV was identified and I was offered a great solution. More than pleased with our new OLED television.

We purchased a Television from Reigate Branch.
We purchased a Television from Reigate .
Delivered in two days.
Being in our eighties and nineties we are not very
tech savvy so called the branch for help.
That evening the sales person that sold it to us knocked on our door and sorted it out for us.

New TV
Brought a TV off the richer sounds website after going into my local shop and getting a demonstration. The process was easy and got £10 off with 6 years guarantee (better than John Lewis guarantee). I did a click and collect and the shop called me when my TV was in. I went to pick it up with no hassle and they helped put it in my car. Lovely TV and very happy
