Rob and his staff are a credit to Richer Sounds that’s why over the years I have bought many items from the Southampton branch and continue to do so. They have a great deal of experience and knowledge and nothing ever seems too much trouble. I always feel I can pick up the phone and speak to a member of staff if I need help.

We were updating our TV, I was unsure as to which TV to purchase. I spoke with Rob who was extremely helpful and helped me decide the correct tv for us . It is perfect for our lounge, great picture and great sound.

I bought my television from a different Richer sounds shop in London (my second TV from the company) but after verifying my details Ben did not hesitate to help me with replacing a faulty remote on the generous warranty offered with my TV. Couldn't have had a better experience. Someone helped me as soon as I entered the store and took me through the different options for what I was looking for (a turntable and speakers). They did me a great deal so I could stick to my budget, and I got something much better than if I just bought a package online.
