Richer Sounds - Watford Opiniões 

I contacted Richer Sounds in Watford - I received great advice from Sammy and then went down to have a demo of the amp I wanted with the speakers I intended to purchase. I was made so welcome. Parking is a problem on a Saturday so I had to park outside in a loading area - the staff kept an eye out for any traffic wardens!
The demo went well and Sammy addressed all my questions. As a result, I purchased an Arcam 5 amp.
Great experience for somebody getting back into HiFi!!

The service was good but unfortunately I did have to call the store and query what I was charged as I was overcharged by £36. I’m not sure why this wasn’t picked up by the salesman that carried out the transaction

Rang up for advice re deliveries and got excellent guidance. Then rang again for packaging dimensions to see if the boxed TV would fit in my car which the readily gave me. The collection and loading into the car was all very smooth. TV is now installed and in full use.

Great knowledge, great price, great service. I forget how good Richer Sounds are until I use them again.

Nice service from Lloyd at Watford RH. Lined up the testing of the Naim Atom v Nova. Patient and enthusiastic, never rush. Brilliant speed with delivery and kept informed throughout.

As always the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, & Chris in particular, went above & beyond by dismantling my dead CD player in order to extricate the CD that was playing when it died.
It wouldn’t cross my mind to by from anyone else for audio & TV products. The consistency of their delightfully huge levels of proper customer service over so many years is a massive credit to R/S. If only other organisations would follow their example, life would be so much easier for us all.

I rang Richer Sounds Watford on 23 Dec with a last minute idea for a Christmas present. Did they have a DACmagic200M? No they didn't. But they did get one in by the following day ! I was amazed. I know from past experience that Richer Sounds is a first choice for this type of hardware and you always get good advice to go with it.

Helpful advice re digitising vinyl collection from non pushy staff who provided clarity not available online.Will happily visit again for future purchases.

Great advice on hi-fi that I am interested in even better customer service for the speakers I bought. Carried out and placed in my car by a nice guy who managed to get them in my car and get the boot shut safely and they were big boxes.

Very easy to communicate with / discuss product and availability. Then upon pick up, the team kindly carried the TV out to my car. Would recommend.

I reported a minor fault with the Marantz CD player the day after delivery. Within 24 hrs the item was collected and a new player left in its place. Happy Days.
