I liked the way I am always treated in the shop by well-trained staff - polite but not pushy - fellow enthusiasts for good sound & picture willing to spend time talking technical detail.
TV was ordered on a Saturday and arrived at the promised time the next Tuesday. The device worked well straight out of the box. Great service, good price, best warranty, good products

I had a problem ordering online so ended up giving them a call, really helpful, order taken and separate link to take payment. My local store didn't have the TV in stock so it came from their main depot.
Delivery was good with lots of updates keeping me informed.
I would recommend richer sounds.

I contacted the store prior to purchase in order to clarify the details of the TV's available, to which the staff were very helpful and provided useful information in order to help me with my decision. On purchase, the staff ensured a seamless process and accurately delivered the TV on the date it was requested. Overall, the staff were kind, friendly and patient ensuring a positive customer experience.

Heather was extremely helpful and efficient when I called to see when my Sonos Sub Mini was going to arrive for collection. She was not in the store when I collected the Sub Mini, and the other members of staff present were also really helpful and efficient.

Sales person Lloyd was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions and was courteous.
He provided unbiased information that helped me to decide which TV to buy. Also purchased another item a week before Christmas but then I changed my mind and returned it upon receipt of delivery with no questions asked.

On top of that there was a price drop on Boxing day and again provided price difference credit on phone without any quibble and without having to go to the shop again.

I am very please with the Top service of Richer Sounds staff. Brilliant !

Fantastic shop. Anca, the sales colleague helping provided really helpful and insightful advice when I was purchasing an amp and speakers. Explained to me why my original idea was ok, but in my price range there were better options. Very happy with my purchase. And helped me carry to my car in the pouring rain

I phoned the Watford branch to find out if the article we wanted was in stock. The phone was answered promptly and I was told it was. We then drove to the branch, parked in their parking space, there was plenty of helpful and knowledgeable staff, the speaker we wanted was demonstrated to us, all in all a pleasant buying experience.
