Very happy with Richer Sounds

I had a very positive experience with Richer Sounds.
The television was competitively priced, arrived exactly as described, and I am extremely happy with its quality and performance.
Unfortunately, there were significant delays and communication problems with the courier, Aramex. However, throughout the process, Richer Sounds’ customer service was excellent. Their team kept in regular contact with me, made repeated efforts to resolve the situation, and genuinely tried to make things right. Their communication and professionalism were impressive, especially considering the delivery problems were outside their direct control.
Based on my experience, I would happily purchase from Richer Sounds again. The only thing I would do differently is request a different courier if possible, as I would not choose Aramex for future deliveries.
Excellent products, competitive prices, and customer service that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you, Richer Sounds.

Good service.
I ordered a Manhattan 1tb satellite recorder from Belfast on Tuesday and it arrived here in the midlands Thursday. It's up and running and I'm delighted with the unit and the service. The price was very good as well.

I thought I had made a mistake - how wrong I was
Staff were very helpful in-store and were also more conscious of my budget than expected. I thought that the goal was going to be to sell whatever was most expensive, but instead we had conversations about whether the extra money for something more expensive was actually worth it.
I initially wasn’t pleased with what I purchased, but after a few days of tinkering I realised I had made a huge mistake in asking about refunds and returns. What I bought was in fact perfect for me and the advice given was absolutely spot on.

The gold standard in customer service
I bought a Philips television from Richer Sounds online and it was delivered via courier nice and quick. Unfortunately, the TV had a fault with the screen and I contacted Richer Sounds that evening to advise and ask their advice.
To my delighted amazement, the Director, John got back to me after hours and between him and Emma in the office arranged a replacement, shipping and pick ip of the broken unit in rapid time. I let them know on Monday night and had the replacement by Friday. Easily the best electronics customer service I've encountered and that's before you look at things like the 6 year guarantee.
Richer Sounds are probably the best place on the island of Ireland to buy a tv, their prices are very competitive, but honestly the great customer service will have me coming back. Highly highly recommended, and thank you to John and Emma again for helping me.

Great Experience for delivery to Dublin
Dealing with Richer Sounds in Belfast was effortless. They have a great website with good prices and super responsive support on the phone for any queries. Their delivery partner Aramex also has great phone support. I would 100% recommend buying from Richer Sounds in Belfast.

George from Richer Sounds Belfast could not have given better customer service - I called the store with a vinyl player bought from a friend that was spinning too slow and scraping the underside of my records. He had me bring it in and said he would take a look at it. By the next morning he called to say it was fixed and ready to go! When I came in store he talked me through everything he’d done and advised the best way forward with it. So knowledgable and it’s clearly a passion of his - he was also incredibly friendly and never once made me feel silly for not being educated on vinyl. He didn’t charge me for the repair either - an absolute hero and I will absolutely be back for advice when i’m ready to upgrade my set up. Thank you George!

RicherSounds - always recommend
RicherSounds always seem to be the best value of price, knowledge and convenience.
I've bought X3 TVs off them in 2 years, all of different prices and spec, and each time I'm happy with my purchase.

Excellent service and a fantastic deal
I ordered a new OLED TV by 2 pm, and it was delivered the very same day at 5.40 pm. The delivery driver was very polite and kind, and he even played with my cat. I got a very good deal that included a soundbar, and I couldn’t be happier with it!
