Great! While the delivery came a day earlier, customer service made sure everything was perfect and did arrive.
Very friendly team and good deal too. Love the warranty policy, great for a high end TV where you want peace of mind. 10/10.

Great company - know them from when they had a shop in Dublin on the Quays and they have always had a great ethos: excellence in product selection, staff know their stuff and are extremely helpful. Pricing is great too. Service is excellent - genuine personal follow up from staff. Highly recommended!

Above and beyond
I can't recommend Richer Sounds Belfast enough. This was my first time ordering with them, and the whole experience was just brilliant. David was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.
I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and had it delivered on the same evening, which is just incredible speed! I really appreciate the effort they made to make this happen so quickly.
I have no doubt that if I need any help in the future, they'll go above and beyond to provide excellent support and advice once again.

Great Service
Online order was easy enough despite being in Belfast it was with Richer Sounds.ie. I was over the moon when I got call back that delivery would be 2 to 3 days rather than 5 to 7 as online had stated.
Emma kept in touch via email and phone. Glad to say wasn't a mark on the box and more importantly the 83" TV itself was well packaged and in perfect condition .
Must add the delivery guy was really good, friendly and very careful. The TV is working fine.
No hesitation in recommending these guys.

Easy to deal with and super helpful, rang them up when the TV I wanted was out of stock and were great in pointing me to a better model and giving me the heads up on a sale that meant I could go a size up without paying noticibly more. Will be my go to for all future TV purchases

This is my second purchase from Richer Sounds Belfast, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I recently purchased a 65" TV and a sound bar, and the service, particularly from Billy, was genuinely outstanding. Billy was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the necessary time to measure up and define the specifications of both products to ensure they perfectly met my demands.
Furthermore, the delivery process was seamless. My order travelled from Belfast all the way to Galway in a matter of days, handled by a fabulous courier without any hassle. I cannot recommend Richer Sounds highly enough. Great service, great products. Thanks again, Billy!

Brilliant experience

Excellent Service
I recently purchased a Denon S760 AVR from Richer Sounds - it is an excellent product, supplied at a very good price. Ordering from Richer Sounds was very easy, communications were very clear and the delivery was on time and handled properly by the courier service (which is not always the case with some delivery services).

Modern High spec TV delivered Dublin duty paid with great discount
I purchased a new mini led TV for delivery to Dublin from the Belfast outlet and the service was seamless end to end with delivery within a few days, cherry on top was that a price drop that happened after my purchase was given and a rebate issued. Richer Sounds provided a high spec TV at a big price discount to local outlets, in euro, delivered duty paid with no fuss and I got a 6 year warranty. Top service from Top people.
