Ripe has been great
Ripe has been great. I’ve been using the home delivery service for the past few months during lockdown and am very likely to continue moving forward as it’s great knowing that such excellent, fresh produce is available to my door regularly. The variety and quality has been great and delivery is always extremely prompt.

I am really sorry to hear you received bad produce, my sincere apologies for this. We do try our best to make sure that all produce is double checked before it leaves us, I do wish you had mentioned it when it was delivered as we would have sent another lot out to you the next day as replacement. Once again i am really sorry for the bad experience.
I am in general happy with the service
I am in general happy with the service, but the variety of fruits was a bit low and I got a bit bored. Other than that I was happy with the service.

Thank you for you comments very much appreciate. Due to the easing of lockdown and the seasonal fruits coming in we have now added a much larger range of fruits, exotic fruit, veg and other product to our website.

The service from Ripe was very…excellent
The service from Ripe was very efficient.
The quality of the produce was very very good.
Ripe customer service were excellent.
Ripe was there for us as a family during the early days of covid when access to produce through shops was unavailable.

Lovingly packed and a joy to eat.
You brought me food when Covid locked me in and I could get no Super Market delivery slots or food from other sources
You always ensure I get just what I need in my shop.
The invoice is clear
The food arrives lovingly packed and is a joy to eat.

Great company, great service - great fruit. Truly a cut above what you could get on the high street or in some giant supermarket - Ripoe are a lovely company selling beautiful tasty fruit.

I wanted a basket of fruit for Barts…
I wanted a basket of fruit for Barts hospital staff and guessed that there were 15 or so that had been treating me - exceptionally well over the month. I spoke with a staff member at Ripe and he suggested the £75 basket of fruit.
So I sent the basket fro Reception, nurses and adoctors and they were all delighted with comments like
'There is load'
'They are so fresh and ripe'
'A wonderful present'
'Thank you so much'
They were delighted as was I
