Fantastic produce, fantastic service
Ripe has kept me in fruit and veg for the entirety of lockdown. Their service is excellent as is the quality of their produce. One of the good things to have happened during this terrible period is that I have found my new fruit and veg provider.

Quality of fruit and veg is excellent. Deliveries always reliable. Staff at end of phone are friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend Ripe.

Excellent Quality, but more expensive than comparable providers...
For the most part the fruit was excellent, though when we did the maths it was 30% more expensive than comparable providers. the last two orders were not as good as the initial 4-5, but overall decent quality.

Thank you for the feedback, My apologies there was a drop in the standard of quality, this is something we take seriously as we pride ourselves on supplying the best produce and service. As you noted due to lockdown continuing produce did become harder to source, but the quality should not have dropped. Fortunatley we are now through alot of problems caused by lockdown and there is an abundance of vibrant fresh fruit and and veg avialable again. I am sorry you had a bad experience with us.
