Absolutely shocking here with trustpilot as they have taken my reviews down as harmful to the company but I have sent all evidence to trustpilot showing blackmail as this company isn’t paying for hours I done I will officially be sending emails to all companies with photos of blackmail and not paying as the company should not be running they break every law and yet still running I done intend to take this to tribunal as the company have had a month to pay

I worked through RL Recruit and I am currently owed payment for **128 hours of work**\.

I completed the hours as agreed and have evidence of the work carried out, including my records and communications\. Despite this, I have not received the payment that I am owed\.

I have contacted the company to try to resolve the matter directly, but the outstanding payment has not been resolved\.

As a worker, I believe that if I complete the agreed work, I should receive the correct payment for all the hours worked\.

I am now taking the appropriate steps to recover the money owed to me\.

I am sharing my experience so that other workers, particularly drivers looking for agency work, can make an informed decision\.

I hope RL Recruit resolves this matter and pays the outstanding wages

Didn’t pay the overtime stated on the contract, refused to pay holiday gained as it wasn’t included in with the rate like most agencies used a lie about falsifying hours and nights out to justify the theft of nearly £500, they are very rude and blunt both over the phone and in messages, AVOID

I have applied for a job I found on Indeed, and I got a reply back within a couple of hours which is amazing!

Unfortunately, the conversation between myself and the recruiter (I didn’t get a name) was only 5 minutes, as I have been refused entirely on the basis that ‘we have speak to over 100 people a day’.

It’s sad to say, but this is very unprofessional. Not to talk about the gramatical error. Working in a Customer Service role myself for a very long time, respect and imaculate grammar are a MUST for a successful career and happy customers.

I can’t say anything about the company, as I haven’t even gotten the opportunity to know anything about them, which is a shame.

Long story short, if you don’t answer like a robot would, you’ve got no chance!

RL Recruit is a great company to work with, there service is good and most of time send good candidates in to interview.

Roxy was really helpful in arranging everything and kept me updated throughout.

We've been using RL Recruit for the last few months to supply drivers, machine operators, and office staff, and they've been excellent to work with throughout. We were in the position of taking on two permanent C2 drivers, Roxy at RL listened and understood our requirements to which she fully delivered.

She lined up six interviews for us, from which two were selected and have now started with our company.

All of this was done within a matter of weeks of us reaching out to her… cannot fault the service Roxy provided, regular messages between us keeping all in the loop, easy to submit time sheets, easy to sort payments, really good and pleased with it all.

This is a good company to work for because they make sure you are paid for the work you do regardless of performance. I faced a major adversary and they had to let me go. Roxy contacted me several times for my bank details so I could get paid. I chose not to as I really wanted the job for the long run not part payment. Work is work and I recommend any decent driver to work with RL recruit.

I have been working with Roxy for the last 4 months recruiting staff , Roxy on each occasion has gone above and beyond finding the right candidates for the role .
