I ordered a beautiful Clogau ring on Tuesday and got it first thing on the Wednesday.
Price was great too.
It was well packaged by Kelly with a little sweet touch.
Will buy from again if i am looking for a piece of jewellery.

I visited Robert Gatward Windsor to look at a couple of Rolex watches I was half interested in, the Explorer II and the Air-King.
The moment I entered the store the presentation and service was as it should be and this continued when I went into the separate Rolex room.
The sales representative who dealt with me had a great knowledge of the brand, it's history and their watches (it sends me nuts when I know more than the person who is supposed to be the expert dealing with me and I'm glad to say this wasn't the case here).
On trying on both watches the Air-King on my wrist
was the watch for me knowing it'd be great addition to my small, select watch collection and along with my Omega Seamaster 300m will spend much time on my wrist so I asked to be kept informed as to when they had stock of an Air-King so I could come and try it on again with a view to buying one.
To my joy and surprise I was asked if I'd like to buy the watch I had just tried on and whilst having no intention of buying a Rolex when I entered the store I said yes and duly bought it.
After sizing the bracelet and sorting out the paperwork I left the store a very happy chap although many pounds lighter than I was when I first entered Robert Gatward Windsor :)
Having been so impressed with their service and loving my first Rolex I have since revisited the store with my wife with a view to buying her a Rolex (which will also be her first Rolex) and when the watch she has chosen becomes available I'll purchase it for her where it'll be worn as it should be, it'll make a great pair with my Air-King.

My hubby bought me a beautiful Rolex 10 years ago for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and I’ve worn it every day since, needless to say it really needed an overhaul and some TLC so we booked an appointment at Robert Gatward Ipswich where we had bought other lovely items previously. We have always had good customer service but not this time…….this time it was exceptional thanks to the lovely Julie who who went above and beyond for us in her knowledge of Rolex watches. She explained everything in detail and off went my lovely watch to their Windsor workshop for a rest and total makeover. It was a while before we got a call that it was now back and ready to pick up. I could honestly not believe it when we saw it as it was like a new watch! Incredible! So thank you so much Julie for your expertise (and all the friendly staff) at Robert Gatward Ipswich! You are a real star and an asset to Rolex and RG! Don’t forget I promised you a drink when you visit where we live. 🥂👍🏻

I wanted a Rolex Submariner date in black to replace a watch my father was given as a leaving gift in 1970 in Kuwait when working there. When my father passed away he left his Rolex to me but I left it with my mother as that felt the right thing to do at the time.
When my mother passed away it was down to me to go through her possessions and sort out her estate but Dad’s Rolex was nowhere to be found, I think my estranged sister had something to do with the disappearance but she passed away before my mother so I will never know for sure.
So I wanted the watch as a replacement and something I would bequeath to my son in both our memories. I originally went to Robert Gatward Ipswich on the 3rd July 2020 this being the 20th anniversary of my father’s death, I was interviewed and accepted to go on the waiting list but no notion of waiting time was given.
As there was no time scale given I offered my son the chance to spend up to a set amount on a watch that would remind him of me in years to come. A second waiting list was joined and in March 2024 the alternative watch from a different dealer became available, a Patek Phillipe Nautilus, and as nothing had been heard from Robert Gatward Ipswich I have cancelled the Rolex interest and we will pick up my son’s new watch this weekend.
When I spoke to the dealers today and told them I wanted to cancel my place on their list they just responded with “OK” showing no interest as to why.
Nearly four years waiting for a Submariner and still no availability, who do they think they are kidding.

Excellent service from Lee at RGJ Ipswich once again. Purchased a watch for my youngest son’s 18th birthday. Very professional and attentive from start to finish, whilst my son tried on a variety of watches before deciding on his Breitling Avenger. Sure I’ll be returning in the New Year for another Rolex.
