Contacted via FB and on email and messenger.... Not a single response. Other reviews suggest it's a genuine company but being unable to communicate with them is very frustrating through all the usual channels
I have just received my order in Belgium, which I placed eight days ago. The earrings are adorable and just as beautiful as they appeared in the photos on the website. What an amazing selection and such originality! Nature lovers and fans of handmade creations will be delighted.

I discovered Robin Valley through a Facebook Ad which is usually a red flag for me but something about their website just made me feel confident in ordering. I ordered a pair of Christmas Highland cow earrings for my partner which she loved. No problems with them and really comfortable to wear. They arrived a day later than expected but that was down to Royal Mail. I have since ordered a second pair of Earrings for my daughter for her birthday which also looks amazing and she will absolutely love. I will be purchasing again from this company in the future.
I love the robin valley earrings & have used numerous times & recommended to friends, however I recently ordered 3 pairs & when the delivery arrived I was missing a pair, I emailed & got a quick response apologising & was told they would be sent out in the afternoon with an order number. I waited a week & heard nothing so emailed again but have had no reply. I’m really disappointed as they were for gifts
Bought 5 pairs of earrings they are beautiful was worried about them irritating my ears but I've had no problems with them also your customer service was excellent as I messed up my order as I forgot to put my discount codes in completely my fault but your customer service refunded my discount straight away,and sorted my order for me. Brilliant thank you so much.
