I enquired about an Omega on Tuesday 16th by telephone, spoke to Asil and he answered all my questions, friendly and professionally. Gave excellent advice. He sent me 13 photo's and 2 videos via WhatsApp. Once I decided to buy the watch, the procedure was straightforward. Asil later sent a photo of the Watch parcelled up at the Post Office and tracking details. The watch arrived by 1pm on Thursday 17th - it's perfect. At no time was I pressured into making a decision. Asil is a pleasure to deal with.

My watch was supposed to be sized for me id provided measurements and photos.when it arrived way too big
I advised Asil I took to Swansea was told by a rolex specialist there was only one more Removable link and no way would this watch ever fit me! Asil would have known that.
I requested to send back i was told I had to insure it myself which cost me £125, special delivery £20.75 in addition as im nice i included £20 note to cover their postage to me so over £160
I took photos of everything I sent back. The watch was perfect when I sent back however I received an email from asil with photo showing a white mark on bezel and I was told it would cost £400 to polish it out!
So having provided all my measurements The total cost to me was.over £600 for having the watch for a few days.
Not remotely impressed normally companies provide labels and ive never heard of having to insure something yourselves.
I'd never recommend or use them again
