We were very happy with Saffron, whom we met at 61 College road for a house viewing. The service was pleasant. She clearly took us through and elaborated every detail.

Helpful and friendly staff
Saffron and Hannah have both been really helpful in identifying suitable properties we may be interested in, arranging viewings for these and answering our questions. Quick and polite communication. Also, I appreciated that Romans letting agency were happy to conduct virtual viewings, which really helps when relocating from beyond Bath.

Excellent service

Property viewing experience
I went into the office to book a potential viewing, and I was looked after by Saffron - she was super helpful and booked me in for a viewing on the next day. She also took me around the property, informed me of all I needed to know and was very accommodating!
