The amount of personal documents I have uploaded to only continually get cancellations and re do again. This has been going on everyday for a week now. I have had a good look at your account and it looks like we have requested the usual KYC documentation which we are obliged to conduct being a regulated casino. Our requests have been clear, but unfortunately the documents you have provided where either duplicates, invalid documents which we didn't need, or they were missing the necessary information. It looks like at this stage your winnings have been paid out to your bank account and you should receive them in the coming days depending on your bank's processing times. After having a look at your account, your winnings were generated via a bonus which has a max cashout of 10x the bonus amount which is clearly stated on the T&Cs of the bonus banner and our website T&Cs. I understand this is not a resolution which you expected however at this stage there is nothing else that we can do from our end.
Incredibly bad customer service and CANNOT WITHDRAW
Following up from a previous review. I’ve heard back regarding a dispute I had about a false chargeback. I thought it would have been a quick easy misunderstanding since I had to send them A WHOLE YEAR of my bank statements so right off the bat extremely fishy. And even after this they’re saying there’s nothing they can do. For context they listed 4 transactions that totalled to $236 and each and every one of those transactions can be found in the statement. After all this they also thought $250 30x wager and a 10x max cash out was a suitable substitute. The email chain I’ve had with them has been 11 emails long and consisted of 3 different support employees and I had to re mail after not hearing anything for almost a week. Honestly the site itself is good and I really enjoyed my time on it, i would of spent thousands by now and most likely would of spent thousands more however whats the point of a good looking and feeling site if you can’t even withdraw without 11+ emails.

I have maintained a diamond VIP level account for approximately three years, during which I have spent a total of $237,788 AUD and won $188,632 AUD. The casino is excellent, my VIP manager is exceptional, and the bonuses are impressive. However, the aspect that detracts from what would otherwise be a five-star review is the payout time for winnings, which takes between five to six days. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of transparency, as they employ questionable tactics by changing the status of payouts from pending to processing to in progress during the first two to three days. On the sixth day, you finally receive the funds, and upon contacting the bank, you discover that Rooli processed the payout only two minutes before you received the money, which essentially amounts to an instant payment. This realization can be quite disheartening, as it feels deceptive to have your winnings held for six days while being fed misleading information about the status of your payout. My bank has expressed frustration with Rooli Casino, which often blames the banks for the delays, creating additional work for them in responding to inquiries about payment statuses. Consequently, banks are now issuing transfer transcripts that confirm Rooli only initiated the payment moments before the funds were received. It is unfortunate, as Rooli Casino used to be a fantastic establishment, and I would consider returning if they reverted to their previous practice of instant payouts, as they had done for the past three years. It is regrettable, Rooli; I am aware that you must feel the financial strain during business meetings, questioning why your profits have diminished. Instead of devising new strategies to enhance turnover and profitability, I assure you that returning to honest payout practices will result in increased customer spending, without incurring additional costs for advertising or wages. I have been a business owner for 27 years and currently manage 12 successful businesses, although two are struggling on paper which is simply my tactic to payless tax but im dealing with a government with trillions of dollars under there belt not the avergae wage earner.Do the rite thing guys an you will be rewarded as time goes by a customers build the trust back... it's never too late .

Absolut unseriös – Finger weg!
Ich habe über 7.000 € an Slots verloren und dabei nicht mehr als 100 € gewonnen. Die Gewinne sind extrem niedrig, die RTPs sehr schlecht, und die Spiele wirken stark manipuliert. Sehr unseriöses Casino – ich rate dringend davon ab.

My podenco has had the whole antibiotic responsive colitis nightmare for years, endless stomach upset and then the ear issues on top just felt like too much for him and honestly for me too. I started this as a kind of last try because we were running out of options. Took a bit to see a change but once it did, wow, calmer tummy, ears less flarey and he’s actually wanting his walks again instead of dragging behind. Didn’t expect something this simple to make such a difference after all the meds and vet trips we’ve been through. Shipping came faster than I thought as well which helped because when he’s bad everything feels urgent.
