Highly recommend Karen for all your event decorating needs! She went above and beyond when helping with our wedding decorations, and it looked fantastic.

We hired Roses and Hearts Boutique to decorate our wedding venue back in October 2025. The attention to detail was second to none and Karen was able to seamlessly bring my colour scheme and ideas to life to create the most dreamy wedding decor. We are really grateful to Karen and her team for bringing our dream wedding decor to life

The experience was made easy because Karen was particularly helpful and was always available to speak with. Communication was easy and prompt. The design was beautifully done and her suggestions were very much appreciated. All who witnessed her work and her in person absolutely loved her.

Karen was fantastic help throughout the whole experience of selecting the table linen and chair covers, helping us with sizing for the table cloths and the right colour for our wedding!

We had our wedding at the Tithe Barn in Carlisle a few days ago and Karen at Roses and Hearts was super attentive! What stands out the most is how she went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible for us - getting there early/picking up the keys on our behalf/waiting for us to arrive after running late. It really made the difference!

The Tithe Barn is beautiful blank canvas and Karen & Co can help you turn it into something amazing! She works quickly and efficiently - highly recommended!

Karen did an amazing job doing the decor for our wedding at Dalston Hall. She was friendly and communicative from when I first got in touch until the big day. She worked with me to find exactly what we were looking for and our venue looked beautiful as a result!

After trying our best to DIY everything we decided to call in a professional. Karen's Roses and Hearts company was listed as a friend of Dalston Hall so we quickly made contact but didn't have any idea of what we were looking for. Karen was very quick to respond and provided many different ideas and gave us plenty of suggestions. Karen went above and beyond by visiting our venue to help her give us her amazing advice, this was great for us as we didn't stay local and couldn't visit frequently.

Karen arrived the day before our wedding and was a positive light on a very stressful day. Myself and my wife loved our decorations (fairy lights, uplighters and napkins) and our guests frequently complemented how they added to the marquees ambience.

Karen at Roses and Hearts was absolutely great. We rented our wedding fairy lights and table cloths from R&H and I changed my order a million times in the run up, changing the volume of what I wanted quite a few times. Karen was quick to respond, gave us complete flexibility and answered all of my questions. The lights we rented really made our wedding venue so magical. Would absolutely recommend and would use again for any future events.
