Karen at Roses and Hearts was absolutely great. We rented our wedding fairy lights and table cloths from R&H and I changed my order a million times in the run up, changing the volume of what I wanted quite a few times. Karen was quick to respond, gave us complete flexibility and answered all of my questions. The lights we rented really made our wedding venue so magical. Would absolutely recommend and would use again for any future events.

Karen made our wedding venue look like it was something out of bridgeton. Kept in contact with us throughout the 2 years we had booked and even accommodated us when we added last minute decor. Thank you so much the room was gorgeous.

We hired the large canopy tree for our wedding this weekend and this did not disappoint, the tree is beautiful!
Karen was incredibly helpful, and always responded to my queries. The company arranged to come to our venue to set this up, and arrived in enough time prior to the ceremony! I would highly recommend anyone planning a wedding, to hire decor/ props from this company 😊

Karen and her team were amazing from start to finish and everything in between. She made it so easy and brought ideas we'd not thought of. All her work was beautiful and so right for us and our wedding venue. She is also really good value. She provided some of the things we needed and couldn't find as well. We were very happy with how everything looked and we got loads of compliments.

Karen was absolutely amazing and so so helpful! She went above and beyond, was always more than happy to answer all of my (many!!) queries and was even able to provide us with gorgeous glassware despite our very very last minute request. As well as glassware, we hired table linen and chair covers, all were beautifully clean and laundered ready to be used straight away. All the items really helped to bring our wedding reception vision together and looked absolutely perfect. Karen was communicative and tailored her approach to our event entirely, working around us and our timings. The items were immaculate and well-packaged. Karen was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be utilising her for any future office events.

Karen took all the stress out of the tables for my wedding at New House Farm, Lorton. She did an amazing job on the decoration but also on putting out all my diy projects to seamlessly fit into her things. She really got my vision and brought it perfectly to life. Beautiful floating candles, vases and we could even hire the tablecloths from her.

Looking for someone to decorate your wedding that genuinely cares for each client... then look no further! Karen and her team did an amazing job for my wedding at Lodore Falls. She helped me pick the decorations to fit the theme of the wedding and checked in on my on the lead up to the big day, which was greatly appreciated for a stressed out bride! I thankfully had the pleasure to meet Karen the day before my wedding as they were allowed to set up early and she was lovely. She made sure everything was just as I wanted and was genuinely excited for my wedding. You can see the passion and time she puts into her business. Thank you again for all your help!

Karen is a lovely personable lady who is very professional and friendly. She has a great eye for detail, will listen to your wishes but also make suggestions of what will look good. She knew our venue well and prepared it to perfection, great communication and met us in person when we were at the venue to discuss ideas and ensure she delivered everything we wanted. We would recommend her to anyone. A pleasure to work with.

Couldn’t recommend Karen enough, dressed our venue for our wedding and it was everything we asked for and more! Nothing was too much and would go out of her way to help in any way possible. Exactly the service you need to avoid any added stress when planning a wedding. Karen is so easy to get along with and really made me feel at ease through out the whole process. Wouldn’t go to anyone else and have already passed her business on to other friends looking to get married in the next couple of years.

Karen set up our ceremony room for our wedding and also at our afternoon reception venue. Her knowledge and experience was excellent and her team done an amazing job.
