In an effort to offer the safest service in the region they are in the process of installing CCTV in all their cars. Also, all their drivers are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and have undergone a medical examination before being licensed by the local District Councils, your safety is very important to Royal Cars. We accept all types of work, from local runs to airport transfers to long-distance pickups and drop offs, weddings and occasionally have crossed the channel. The taxi arrived punctually and got me to my destination on time.
The driver was polite, smart and pleasant. He drove safely.
The car was clean and comfortable. The fare was expensive.
Booking was straightforward.
The car was a different colour than indicated in advance on the app.

Got let down by an other taxi firm so…
Got let down by an other taxi firm so chose Royal Cars, and the service I got was second to none, picked up on time and when wanted a return journey inside 10 minutes along the car came, a brilliant safe journey home.
