Not only do they not answer the phone, but when you leave your number for a call back AND a message for them to call you back, THEY DON'T!!!! I'm glad they're making enough money to essentially turn down customers.

Terrible company. Ordered gloves and a helmet on Jan 03.. said it would ship the 8th. They keep taking and refunding my money. They said I cant cancel it its already for shipment. Now they canceled my gloves saying not in stock after they held my money for almost 2 weeks . I called in the guy said days ago my stuff would ship. Both my items. Now days later they say my gloves are out of stock. Still holding my money for the helmet. That im sure will be the same thing. I would've went to the store. We Will never buy from them again. This is ridiculous. Same story from 100s of people. We needed this for our snowmobile trip. What a crappy company
Lied to me both times I called saying it would ship that day. Then cancel it . If you want your items DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL DISTRIBUTING

Ordered snowmobile track and shock track came December 11 but have no clue where shock is I tried calling and nobody will answer they won’t update the status of it I should just bought parts from brp would quicker so I could get back on trail

Used to be , order before 3pm and get it the next day.
Then it started taking a couple days,still ok.
Now states will leave in 3 days , 4 days later hasn t left, calling does no good, no more info and rude.Will not let me cancell even though not shipped out on day they said they would.On the fourth day I get a label created tracking(still not shipped out)its now thursday 1pm.It will not be here before the week end.whole week wasted.For sledders out there a week is everything,we may get 5 or 6 weeks of good sleeding if we re lucky.So order from kimpex , fortnine , revco even amazon...

They just keep getting worse over the years . Shipping that take forever even if the store is 3h away . Very bad service too when you call them ive been buying from them for 8years but now its over for me .

First time buyer, didn't read the reviews. Glad I didn't the prices were great they had what other places didn't and even when I ordered the wrong part because I didn't read the description properly return was a breeze. Wouldn't hesitate to do business again. Cheers.

Placed an online order on Sept. 25 2024. Did not receive it as of today Nov. 18. Called 8 times. E-mailed
5 times. Receive confirmation from Becca, signaling the cancellation of my order and preparation of a full refund. No refund yet. Talked to Xavier on Nov 15. Gave me a Puro tracking no. for Nov. 18. Number for Puro was false. Talked to Xavier this morning. Tells me my order is coming soon. Unbelievable.
Nov.22: Received a refund for the full amount. Finally.
Took exactly 2 months to be resolved.

The headlight visor arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It fit my 1991 Yamaha Virago XV1100 perfectly.
