Written twice to the Norwegian depot and haven't received an answer Calling, I get put on hold to Teknik but no answer. Feel they are like a scam!!! No trust piolet for the Norwegian site but the mother company should get them to pull there socks up!!! will not be ordering from them again.... Money lost!!!!

I ordered a Sealey modular system just gone midnight and received my pallet by midday the following day - a 36 hour turn around from ordering to delivery. After seeing some reviews here I was a little concerned but couldn’t be happier with a great price and quick delivery. A* from me 👍🏻

Have sent this company 2 emails trying to find out information about a product and if it was actually in stock as from the reviews I saw here they say stuff is in stock but it actually is not. I am glad sites like this exist as clearly the low ratings are legit and a real help for us consumers.
They have totally ignored my emails and lost another potential customer. Seems like this company really does not want to make money

Order a pair of work shoes for(Problec Limited) not cheap £140.82.
Only lasted 2 months.
after being on the phone for 30minutes, they couldnt fine the order.
Sent pictures, proof of payment to the email they suggested.
and the order WEB14234.

No response, completely ignored us.

I just wanted to say am so thankful this company exists the first time I ordered my cabinets I had brillant service and the shipment came quickly , yesterday(Sunday 11th of April 2022 I ordered another batch of sealey cabinets for my workshop expecting to get them in a week later …. However 18 hours later they arrive on a pallet at my front door ! Amazing service this is the reason I’ll order all my parts and equipment from you guys for the rest of time , thanks again 5* very happy 😃

Be warned. This company advertise products as in stock when in reality they are just a layer between the supplier and the customer. In my case, Sealey didn’t have stock so I was told over a week after RS taking my money that it would take 6-7 weeks to arrive, despite an original quoted timeframe of less than a week. Very rude people who answer the phone, take no responsibility and blame people who aren’t there instead of just acknowledging failures. Fast refund when I eventually prompted them to tell me about the delays, which is the only positive. I won’t use them again.

After a false start because of problems with their suppliers (Sealy),which I check as being true, Richard Bonner went out of his way to provide an excellent service. A first class company with excellent customer service.

Great company to deal with, we have worked with Mike and his team for the last 10 years and will continue to do so for the next 10.

My query was dealt with promptly and politely by Richard who replied to my email with a phone call, then swiftly resolved a supply issue on my behalf.
A real credit to the company!
