My order took far too long to arrive. I was happy to for it as it was not urgent but 2months wait was far to long. I ordered in November 20th and it arrived last week 7th February. I did get an email a couple of days after ordering to say it was on order and would arrive late December but it didn't so I emailed again to ask and was told late January in which it did not arrive then I emailed again and in Few days it arrived. I have a feeling it got forgotten. Anyway, I am happy with the product.

Shady company to Deal with, make sure you use PayPal for the best protection. They tried slugging me with a 2.5% re stocking fee with something they "Apparently" had in stock yet to Lazy to send. Also they Tried getting me cancel the PayPal dispute so they can do the shady crap with your money.

I bought this item as my current microphone interface does not have enough gain.
Not only does the Presonus Quantum ES-2 have more than enough gain, 75dB, it also sounds better.
It is well made and easy to operate with the ability to repeat settings which can be labelled and stored with the associated free software.
I am very happy with this purchase

Had to make a warranty claim on a Shure Aonic 3 IEM which had one failed driver and the guys at Rubber Monkey made the whole process very easy and provided an excellent service. My faulty Aonic 3’s were eventually replaced with a full new replacement kit from stock as the delay getting a new driver from the States would have been exceptionally long.

Aways find deliveries are well packed and notification about arrivals are accurate. Never had a problem. Support general pretty good for enquiring after difficult to find items. Notified about time delays if item has to be ordered in. Again generally pretty accurate. Good service.
