Justin was an awesome waiter!

Dined at Ruby Tuesday at 5464 SUNSET BLVD.,
LEXINGTON, SC, 29072 , with my friend. I must say that Justin our waiter was phenomenal in helping us with our dinner orders. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable with our orders. A BIG thank you JUSTIN for all that you do. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Our Server was the BEST!

Our server Maya was kind, respectful, friendly, and very efficient she made sure our dirty dishes were taken as soon as possible. To us that is a big plus. This was at the Ruby Tuesday in Morgantown, exit 7. We will be back!

Corporate doesn't care either...

I ordered their crab cakes when they were advertised as a "special item". It was a to go order for myself and my partner. When I got it home and slid the meal onto a plate, I heard something hard hit it. When I looked, the bottom of the crab cakes were charred black. I called the store and they told me they could fix another if I wanted to come get it. Since my partner was already eating, I wasn't going to get up and leave in the middle of his meal, so I said I'd pass.
I took 2 photos of the crab cakes and emailed the corporate office. CRICKETS, not a word, no response, nothing. I guess they have made all they want to make and are now just waiting until they run everyone off so they can finally close their doors.

This company in Warner Robins,Ga

This company in Warner Robins,Ga. I have been come enjoy the food with my family for awhile now. But the last 3weeks ,I notice the attitude/behavior are the management teams there is out of control with the way they talk to the custom. Before my last visit I come in three of the waitrees had been in a fight,the manager just said nothing,but the one that waits on us got sent home.The other two stayed with bad attitude of servicing us.My last time with this company with my family. it was very bad,I order so food to go.We got home the food look so bad that was upset,call to speak with manager ,took the food back .The manager cook the food ,because the cook was messing up.The place need to be check on by owner/closed down.

Absolutely abysmal business

Absolutely abysmal business. All the things everyone else is saying about their horrid management is true, but as well as that, their food is terrible, small and expensive. Would absolutely not recommend.

I was hungry for a burger

I was hungry for a burger. Ordered smash burger with salad bar. Worst burger I ever had. The burger pattie was so small and thin I could barely see it on the bun much less taste it. Bottom line is I am still hungry for a burger. I will go elsewhere.

They hate their employees.

This company clearly has no interest in its employees. It's soul insensitive is money. Forcing a manager to make their employees, of which are mostly students, work on Christmas day without any pay bumps for the sacrifice is pathetic, especially while the whealthy owners sit around in their homes dabbling in profits from their suffering.

Five-Star Experience Thanks to Randi & the Salad Bar Team

Randi continues to set the bar for outstanding service at Ruby Tuesday’s. Today I had the ribeye with the salad bar, and everything was absolutely on point. Randi was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure the ribeye was cooked exactly as ordered. Her timing and follow-through were perfect, and she checks in just enough to make you feel cared for without ever interrupting the meal.

The salad bar crew also deserves huge recognition. The garden bar was immaculate—fresh, fully stocked, and beautifully maintained. Every ingredient was crisp and plentiful, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in keeping it that way. That consistency is not easy, and it shows.

When great food is paired with service like this, it makes the experience exceptional. Randi and the salad bar staff are true professionals and a major reason this location stands out. Ruby Tuesday’s is lucky to have such a strong team.

Yall done fired Mr. Cook! you SUCK!

Yall done fired Mr. Cook because he didn't make his employees work on Christmas? What is wrong with y'all?? Didn't even give the employees bonus pay, time and a half NOTHING!!
The man gave you 19 years of service without missing a day and y'all let him go?
This company is absolutely despicable and I pray Mr. Cook is blessed with a job that looks out for him and gives him his flowers, unlike you did for him!

To the Ownership of Ruby Tuesday.
I am writing to formally express my disgust with the operational culture of your organization. As evidenced by recent events—and supported by the attached video—it is clear that this company has a habit of terminating dedicated, high-performing managers without just cause.
It is impossible to maintain a standard of quality when the individuals putting in the most effort are treated as disposable. The instability you create by firing key personnel arbitrarily is evident in the decline of your service.
I cannot in good conscience support a business that treats its most loyal staff with such disdain. I stand with the employees you have wronged. One star.
