Alcoa Tennessee furrows road. The Manager Ryan was very accommodating. And the waitress Brianna way above the call of duty. I have severe fish and seafood allergies. She Made very sure that the wait staff and the cooks knew of my allergy. They Checked and triple checked the grill to make sure it was very clean before preparing my food. They were super friendly. Brianna deserves a shout out! Thank you for my safety!

I ordered shrimp parmesan and my husband the chicken with penne pasta. Both of our meals were 100% salt. That was the flavor. Breadsticks - salt. I'm glad we got salad bar or we would have left hungry. The guy working over the salad bar was so inpatient and he may have well just pushed me to the side. There's no good reason to stand so close to me waiting for me to get out of your way buddy. That was really rude. But our waitress didn't want to be there either.
My husband and I rarely afford to eat out. That experience keeps us understanding why we don't.

Worst Dining Experience in 50 years

When we arrived, the place was almost deserted, at 7:00 on Saturday night.

1. I ordered water with a twist of lemon. My wife ordered lemondade. After a few minutes, the server informed us they did not have any lemons.
2. My wife ordered chicken parmigiana. I ordered the 5 cheese cheesesteak. We both ordered the salad bar.
3. The salad bar was delicious.
4. After some wait, our food arrived. The chicken parmigiana looked like someone had cut a slice of shoe sole and poured some Chef-Boy-R-Dee sauce over it.
5. My sandwich looked delicious but I found out it was loaded with Jalapeno peppers.
6. We complained to the hostess. She offered another dish but warned us that all the chicken dishes were alike. My wife said she would go with salad bar only. Note that a salad bar as a standalone is about 13 bucks, as a side it is about 7 bucks.
7. I complained to the manager about my sandwich and he told me that the peppers were not jalapenos, but were green peppers. First, I know was a jalapeno tastes like, and second, according to the menu, no peppers of any type were on the sandwich. I did eat the sandwich, picking out the peppers as I went.
8. The manager was gracious enough to ask what I wanted him to do. That was the high point of the evening. I asked for a free dessert for my wife and I to share. He looked like he was going to be sick, but he reluctantly agreed to my request. I did not want to take undue advantage of the situation so I ordered the least expensive dessert on the menu, a chocolate chip skillet cookie. After about a 10 minute wait, the server came out and said they didn't have the ingredients to make that dessert, could I make another selection. So, I ordered at chocolate explosion sundae. After about 5 minutes, the server came out and said they couldn't make that one either.
9. At that point, I was like, "To Hell with it", and asked for the bill. I received a bill for nearly $40.00.
I asked for the manager, again, and told him that there was no way I was going to pay that for the experience I had received.
10. He returned with a bill for $32. I was hot under the collar by this time. I told him, that I would pay for 2 salad bars at the side dish price, and my wife's lemonade. My water was free. My thoughts were I would pay for the food that was actually good.
11. When he came back, he was charging the entre' price for the salad bars and insisted that I pay that amount. By this time, the discussion had moved to the host area and folks were leaving during our argument. He said he would take care of and stalked off. I don't know what he meant by "take care of it" and by time, I didn't care. I tore the bill to shreds, and walked out, leaving some advice for those waiting to find another restaurant.

As stated above, it has been at least 50 years since I ran into a situation that bad.

The food was delicious

The food was delicious. It was served quickly and arranged beautifully on the plate. The atmosphere was great. We had a wonderful waitress and the managers over there are great too.

Ruby Tuesdays in West Plains Missouri.
Order two smashed cheeseburgers one with cheddar and one with American they both came with American one with a gluten-free bun that wasn’t edible hard as a rock. Ordered the stuff mushrooms as an appetizer they were super mushy they were $10 for five itty-bitty mushrooms so that is two dollars a mushroom. Online it says add on salad bars 399 add on all you can eat salad bar is 599 but they didn’t have the add-on they only had the 599 one.
Our server was very pleasant seemed a little bit inexperienced but she was very very nice all in all I will not ever go back to Ruby Tuesday skin it is very pricey for what you get and the food is not worth half of what you pay for it.
There wasn’t a manager in site, would have liked to speak to one

A little upset and disappointed

My husband and I love going to Ruby Tuesday's, but this last time we couldn't believe how bad the food came out to us. We received our appetizers the same time as our meal, we were there to enjoy ourselves since we hardly have time to go out and relax. The mushroom appetizer was watery, undercooked and no flavor. The ribs were dry, and the steak tasted like it was boiled in butter and did not have the flavor that Ruby is known for. Maybe it was a bad day for the cook, but for a $100 and a $25 tip it wasn't a good food day. The waiter was very good.

Absolutely the worse experience at Ruby Tuesday

I rated only 1 because that was the lowest I could rate. I was sent via email a BOGO coupon entree code which required the customer to either copy or show on phone. I followed the directions exactly and when I got to the restaurant; the coupon was not honored. I then was belittled and demeaned. I contacted corporate and they failed to contact me. Do not eat Ruby Tuesday's in Mullins Crossing in Evans, GA!

Started using the BOGO for 2 meals

Started using the BOGO for 2 meals. I used the curbside service to pick up food at set time. Get home and discover food is CRAP! The (8oz) Steaks nothing but GRISSEL, SEAFOOD (Hickory Burbon Salmon) half rotten meat, skin not cut off on bottom. Potatoes (whole) looked like they were rotting then cooked. This has happened now at least 5 times now! I am done WASTING MY MONEY on CRAP FOOD from Ruby Tuesday's at TIGER POINT, GULF BREEZE, FL. It's more than obvious they are trying to get rid of OLD, BAD, ROTTING, FOOD using this So-called DISCOUNT!!!!!!! BEWARE ITS A SCAM!!!!

The Ruby Tuesday in west Ashley SC gave the worst service and it was takeout. We ordered boneless chicken wings and for $12.49, you get 6 pitiful wings and the wrong sauce. My wife ordered chips with spinach and artichoke dip and literally got 12 chips. The online order said "be ready at 8:05pm. I was handed my food at 8:35. 4 groups of people walked out because no one would come to seat them as I was waiting for my food.

Went to Ruby Tuesdays in Sharonville. I ask for grilled chicken sandwich and broccoli and cheese. They brought grilled chicken sandwich with fries. I told the person who brought it I got broccoli instead of fries. He took the plate back and brought it back with broccoli no cheese. I told him that I ask for cheese and then he said we don't do that. I said I just got it here two weeks ago. He said what cheese do you want and I told him any cheese would be good but please melt it. He said Oh....we can't do that. Really....no stove, microwave...nothing. Ok just never mind. Are you the manager and he said yes. I do believe he was the manager but such bad customer service. I couldn't believe a manager would lie like that. All the things that had melted cheese on them and he couldn't melt the cheese. I also ask for extra lemon and the waiter only brought one lemon so I ask for more again and I was never given any more lemon nor was I ask for a refill. Food was good but not enough to go back for such bad customer service.

Need employees

Visit today 3/14/24 at 4:00pm for a table of three. We seated ourselves due to one worker handling the bar and dining. We were the only people sitting in the dining area along the bar. There were two other people in the restaurant sitting in the other dining area. Ordered the 2 for 25
Pasta marinara with chicken and top sirloin and baked potatoe with salad bars for both and pot roast with peas and mashed potatoes. The sirloin ordered medium and unable to eat and pot roast was served in full plate of gravy that mash potatoes and peas were floating in. My bill totaled 83.41. With a 17.00 tip all cash to a girl who was the only worker serving customers. The server not available to check us out left bill and tip on table and left because she was the only worker available

My sister visited with a friend around 5:30 and found only one server with o no one in the restaurant and stated they were on a waiting list . They sat at the bar and were not served for a drink . They left when not served and aware that one server doing everything. Suggest incentives for hiring definitely need employees for sustainability of business.
