Well organised, approach to safety was on point, especially in the areas of drops and "A" line. Got a participant medal!! as well.

Visited on a very busy Saturday afternoon, greeted as I entered asking if I needed some help, I was looking for some Women's, tall fit, winter running tights, assistant explained not much on display but would look in stockroom, came back with 2 pairs, perfect fit - I brought both pairs

Not happy with the Cannondale I bought, service and customer service. Period

AMAZING online service from start to finish. Came across them when another biking store let us down with an order that took months. This order came super quick within days with great access to tracking and updates. We will be using you guys in the future now! Thank you so much!

I’ve used the shop a few times over the years and more recently bought a new bike from them. First class, honest service end to end and have since been back for some upgrades to the bike. The guys are always a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t use anywhere else.

Great event, organisation first class. Route very up and down, would be much tougher if conditions were wet.

First ever Half Marathon distance.... Absolutely brutal but so glad I did it. Proud to wear my finishers hoodie. Thanks to all the marshals, organisers, and the fellow runners who gave me advice and encouragement before, during and after the run. Will defo return!

Really hot + really tough = REALLY rewarding!!! Never been so pleased to see the finishing line but was super pleased with myself for finishing!!! Beautiful scenery and great atmosphere!

Great course, brilliant setup and marshalls. Would highly recommend, and if you aren't sure, just look at my pic on next year's entry form, that's me doing the jumping lol....it was warm, tough but loved every minute

I had covid and wasn’t allowed to transfer my subscription to another race so won’t be booking anything with them again

Another excellent, well managed event.

Today I broke down with mid ride in the middle of Cannock Chase. My saddle came off the rail, unbelievable Iknow. I called in for some help and Dan bent over backwards to get me mobile again. He did so and never asked for a penny. I offered but he refused. We then had a detailed discussion about e-bike computer upgrades and I learnt so much. So here goes I’ve been mtb-ing for 35years in the area and know all of the local shops and they are nothing compared to run and ride. For fantastic service I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Thankyou so much.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Dirty dozen, very well organized event, fantastic location and a challenging well marked course, even the weather was kind. Thanks to all those involved , will be back next year for sure !

Quick delivery and excellent service. Very happy with the Hope Tech 3 Shimano i Spec EV Shifter Mount. Allowed the Hope Tech 3 brake lever to be combined with the Shimano XT shifter to keep everything neat on the bars.

Really enjoyed the Dirty Dozen trail run - well organised event, good atmosphere and great trails. Looking forward to coming back next year.
