I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Runkd. I ordered a pair of glasses from their website, but after 10 days, the item still hadn’t arrived. I tried contacting their customer service by email, but I didn’t receive any response at all. Due to the complete lack of communication, I had to open a case with PayPal to request a refund. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to others.

Hoka bondi 9, DONT use runkd

I thought I bought Hoka bondi 9 shoes that after 6 months had wholes in them. I contacted about this and they said this is what happens when you use shoes, they get holes in them. I have 2 other pairs that this did not happen. I wonder if these really were original Hoka, customer service is 0 and they scammed me off of a refund or new pair. Shoes were 140 usd and are now in the trash.

Prima vara och Snabb leverans

Snabb leverans, inga tillval. 4 arbetsdagar så hade jag paketet vid dörren hemma.. Finns möjlighet att välja expressleverans om så önskas.
Beställde Hoka skor. Garanterat äkta om ni undrar. Jag har 2 par tidigare i samma modell köpta på Intersport och de är identiska. 1000 billigare så är supernöjd.

Be aware of return costs

Purchased some running shoes initially thinking it was uk based which it isn't. I had to return them but wasn't aware if how much it would cost me.
I ended up paying £16 to send them to Italy then got charged £42 for custon fees. Bit extreme I think to return a pair of shoes.

We understand that not all customers check our location before placing the order. For this reason, we have a message in the cart that advises the shipment is coming from the EU and that for clients living in extra EU countries there might be additional charges before delivery.
Custom charges are at the client's expense.

I purchased a pair of Asics runners in…

I purchased a pair of Asics runners in June 2024 from this company — it was my first time buying from them, as their prices were lower than other retailers. I wore the shoes for about 12 months, roughly three times a week for walking. They were never washed or misused in any way.

Despite the light use, the shoes began to fall apart: the material tore in multiple places, almost like it was cut, and the sole completely wore out — the rubber on the sides is practically gone. I reached out to the company, but they dismissed it as normal wear and tear.

This has been deeply disappointing. I own two other pairs of Asics runners that I’ve had for over five years, used regularly, and they’re still in good shape. Based on this experience, I strongly suspect the shoes I received were not genuine Asics. I will never purchase from this company again, and I won’t recommend them to anyone.

We understand how frustrating it can be to have a warranty claim declined, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused. The warranty was unfortunately declined because the supplier stated, after checking your photos, that the product presents a wear. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only: wear or accidental damages are out of warranty coverage.
The products we sell are genuine goods from the official brand. As we have explained you in private, the outer sole of a shoe can deteriorate sooner based on the wearer's type of walk or its use.

Bought a pair of running shoes from Runkd not used them before and managed to obtain a discount via the online questionnaire
ordered them on a Thursday had them by the Tuesday thanks to prompt delivery
Fully updated throughout the ordering process
Shoes were correct model and size and they were competitively priced even with delivery factored in
Would happily use again

Horrific experience

Horrific experience. Not only did they send out the wrong product, make me pay for the return and wait 3 weeks for a response. They couldn’t process the refund as it wasn’t stated that they sent out the wrong product in the return - although product was sent back in their own box with their own tags etc couldn’t be more clearer. Oh and they want me to pay for the shipping again to get the product sent back to me. Won’t be back

Delivery timeframe depends on the courier service you used to send us the return parcel. Please note that we do not have influence over delivery procedures and it is up to the client to check the progress of the parcel sent.
Your return has been rejected once we received it at our facility because the product sent doesn't match the one in your order record. You replied us stating that it is the product we sent you, however you didn't inform us about a wrong product received when the courier came to deliver your order. Please note that any issue with the purchase must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours from delivery.
When your return request has been accepted, we have sent you an email summarizing our Policy for returning products. In the same email we warned you that in case of problems encountered with the product, it was necessary to contact us prior to send us the package. In case no report is made, the responsibility falls on the client.
In case of rejected parcels, the client must settle shipping fees to receive the product back.

Pleasant experience

I am an experienced runner who lives in the UK and I buy multiple shoes every year. RUNKD is always the one with better prices and always super reliable despite being based in Italy. It’s easier to buy from there rather than Galles. Keep up the good work

Deceptive Trading Tactics

Once you have paid the Government import duties and brokerage fees by UPS you will be paying at least 20% more than any other supplier for the same product. I expected charges but not £75.79!! So UK buyers don't even bother with this company. This company know you will be charged a lot to import so don't want to tell you how much it is likely to be as it would stop you buying from them. Wish I read the reviews first.

Our company is based in Italy and all orders are shipped from here. As we advise in the cart, for orders destined to extra EU countries there will be additional fees to be paid before delivery. These additional fees are import charges that are calculated by the custom offices of your country.
Unfortunately we cannot provide an estimate of these fees because custom operations are out of our control.
In order to receive the parcel, the customer must pay custom charges in full.

Shoes came quickly given the distance reasonable price, including shipping, Great customer service no complaints.

Shoes came reasonably quickly considering that they came from Italy to the UK. That's quite a considerable distance, but they came fairly promptly.

They came well wrapped up box in near perfect condition shoes, practically deadstock. They even had that new shoe smell, LOVED IT they were in mint condition could not be more pleased with the condition that they arrived in. and that of the price they cost me including shipping. Very reasonable, no complaints. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

if I need some more hard to get shoes again at a reasonable price.I will use RUNKD

Great support…

I made a mistake and got the wrong size, but thanks to runkd they sent me details and I returned them and got a full refund for the runners. The postage I had to pay myself to return. I had read they would not refund fully but this issue was to do with non eu.

Trainers arrived as expected

Trainers arrived - perfect fit! Good communication from the company throughout and no extra fees. Delivery was a little slower than ordering from the UK (comes from Italy) but were also a bit cheaper too! Many thanks!!

SCAM - TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

Said UPS tried to deliver them 3 times I was in each time and have a ring doorbell with nothing - total liars!!!

Avoid at all cost!!!

The courier advises in the tracking that payment of custom fees has not been made and this is why the shipment could not be delivered. For parcels destined to non EU countries, import fees are applied to the order by the customs. The payment must be made in full in order for the package to be released and delivered.
