I sent in a new Blaster I had purchased and it failed. However, the Saberforge staff were very responsive and tool care of the problem quickly and efficiently.
I'm very pleased with thier diligence and communication. Marie, one of thier office staff representatives, was particularly helpful.

The products are amazing in their quality even tough they were sold as scratch and dent. One of them even came installed with working electronics which was a total and complete surprise.

Super sabre, rien à dire super qualité et super finition !

Fastest lead time I've ever had from SF. The saber I put together from the mix and match is truly a beast. The German mace looking pommel is truly unique and will be featured in a high quality SW film I'm working on.

Ordering was Smooth, didn't mind the wait. Lightsaber looked Great was a Little Disappointed with sound. Also sounded like it needed a stronger Speaker.

Upon opening the box, the sabers looked amazing! Unfortunately, the Aegis saber has a manufacturing error. The screw on the left-center side spins, but does not tighten, which causes the hilt to significantly jerk when holding the saber.

It arrived fast and is exactly as expected. I'm currently building my own saber so I'll be buying more parts when available, very happy with this product! 👍

It took very long till I got it and when I did it wasn't delivered directly to me..

It took quite a bit longer than the estimated delivery date, but I got some extra goods to make up for the delay. I received extra SW credits and a keychain for free. That extra effort went a long way to be a happier customer.

They have a great selection of sabres and addons that help you make almost any kind of sabre! I absolutely love the sabre I got from them!

The time may have been long, and being a very impatient person, I absolutely love this saber and the quality of everything. WELL DONE!!!

Very great lightsaber, made perfectly. Only issue I had was delivery, however that I can forgive considering I ordered in May and I'm sure you guys were busy. Aside from that, very easy to set up and definitely buying again
