I had a fantastic experience with Safe Storage Birmingham Middleway. The whole process was easy and straightforward, and the customer service was excellent.
A special thank you to Alfie, who was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole experience completely stress-free.

Hi there Karen, we have received your feedback and reviewed this with the team in store. When you raised this at the time, the team member in reception was assisting another customer on the phone while also supporting a customer waiting in store. As a result, they were unable to step away immediately to assist further at that moment. Regarding the lift, occasional faults can occur and these are addressed through our maintenance providers as quickly as possible once reported. Unfortunately, an exact repair timeframe cannot always be confirmed until engineers have assessed the issue. Our team always aims to support customers where possible, however at times assistance may be limited when staff are managing multiple customers or working alone in store. Money grabbing and zero loyalty to long term customers
I have been with this company in their Birmingham depot for nearly 4 years storing my household furniture. Each year they have increased the price which I have tolerated. Now they have tried to charge me £20 for a late payment fee. I have paid them nearly £7000 over 4 years and they still refuse to rescind a late payment fee over Christmas because I was away and missed the email. I have cancelled my contract today. Beware this company is money grabbing and will consistently increase prices and charge you as much as they can. AVOID

Recently rented space at Birmingham…
Recently rented space at Birmingham Middleway. Be very careful of entering into a contract with this company after you have signed up and later on they will seek to change your access from 24 to office hours closing at 6pm. This will be without proper notice and for us that meant when we tried to exit their car park the other night at 6.03pm that we couldn't get out.
We couldn't believe that this happened and that a member of staff moments before had walked pass us. They knew we were going to be locked in but didn't feel the need to tell us. It was stressful to be locked as at the moment we had no idea how we would get out the place was deserted. Turns out this women is a paid member of staff who when I went and spoke to her was so rude. She told me the hours changed and no point complaining as nothing would be done. When I asked her to let us out - she said on this occasion she would. Bear in mind this whole place is surround by over 6ft fencing and gating its really not how you treat people.
Its a big con to trick people into 24/7 contract and then significantly change access.
