I was a walk in enquiring about a unit, where a lovely woman named Hannah was extremely polite, welcoming, helpful, and in minutes had provided me with a quote. Great customer service, thank you.

I had a very clear informative call with Natasha the afternoon before I needed to store my belongings due to a sudden deadline to complete the house sale. I had 3 Caddy vans full. The quote was an offer of £200 for 8 weeks. February to April. When I got there Hannah knew about my requirements, answered questions and took the time needed to get me through the paperwork and show me the unit before I finalised the agreement. The unit was immaculate.
I was unsure when I would need some belongings as I hadn't yet bought the boat I was planning to move onto. By requesting the 14 day notice as I made the 2 month agreement, I could come and go as needed after that period. Completing was easy. Just empty the unit and take my lock. I took photos to show them I had done this. Hannah was very friendly and business like throughout. Thank you.

Terrible, if you are operating a business in need of access to your stock don’t bother, you’ll miss out on sales because you can’t get into your locker during access hours. As well as their IT team not replying to them meaning no solution

My friend recommended Safestore as he was very happy with their service 4 years ago. Having now experienced Safestore for myself with two storage rooms, I am very pleased with the whole experience. The pre-booking staff were most helpful, along with a member of the team on reception. The building is so clean and organised, and the storage rooms are very accessible. It is good to be able to pop in occasionally to bring more items.

Quick and easy setup , friendly staff that know what they are doing :-)

Safestore Cheltenham - very pleased with the service I got here from both the manager (Louise?) and the assistants (Henry & Hannah?) on a number of occasions. Accommodated me in a larger unit for the same price when my size was not available, plus always a very pleasant and professional manner. Highly recommended.

Sam was very polite and I felt very satisfied.

I had an incredible experience with safestore and always found them helpful, I even recommended my son to use them when moving back to cheltenham HOWEVER ! he lost thousands due to a mice infestation.
He did claim on the insurance but some things irreplaceable.
No information was given to myself regarding any issues on my floor only on the first floor so imagine my shock when turned up last Saturday to empty my locker with removals only to find dead mice, most of my stuff ruined only to be told they've not had this problem before, ridiculous given the number of mouse traps on the second floor and my sons experience only a few months prior.
It's great that you have insurance but my locker contained some of my mums things and my daughters uni items etc which are irreplaceable
I can't believe they've not informed customers of this problem

If you have a locker with Cheltenham Safestore and haven't checked it in a while, get down there and check that your items are safe.

We found that nearly £4000 worth of our items were destroyed due to a mouse infestation in April. Safestore have since installed mouse traps around the premises and sprayed poison, but have only notified customers "close" to confirmed lockers effected by the rodents.

A family member moved out of Cheltenham Safestore this weekend, on a different floor and side of the building to where our locker was and found dead mice and droppings in her own locker too, with ££££'s worth of items ruined.

Safestore tried to make out that this hasn't happened before - despite mouse traps being in the public areas and this family member being aware of my experience.

When you strip back all the corporate and marketing nonsense, Safestore' s purpose is to store your items safely, which they have failed completely for many customers at the Cheltenham branch. The fact they also tried to cover this up and are refusing to inform All Cheltenham customers is awful practice.

Avoid Cheltenham Safestore at all costs. If you don't believe me, visit yourself and note all of the mouse traps in the hallways, and the foul smell as you walk around the building.

Safestore also offered us nothing except an apology and a discount despite we were leaving anyway. Awful experience considering the ridiculous prices they charge.

You'd honestly be better off leaving your items in a field then with Safestore Cheltenham.
