Only positives to say about the staff and the process - first time using this type of service and shout outs for Gavin and Tash who mainly dealt with me and my daughter who was in between leaving dorms and into a new property. From a reminder phone call on a Sunday that they would be closing in 45 mins to staying late to accommodate us, the service is pretty exceptional and almost unusually good these days. Their friendly manner and answering my inane questions were welcome - would definitely recommend Safe Storage and this branch in particular.

Absolutely fantastic experience!
Straight forward, no nonsense, & excellent customer service, particularly from Tasha & Paul.
Our unit hadn't been locked properly, & the team were quick to notice, secure it for us, & gave us a courtesy call to inform us immediately.
Nice to still have staff you can speak to face to face, especially a happy bunch as they all seem to be at Newcastle!

The team at Safestore were super helpful and the large troilleys made moving our two pallets of goods into the Store quick and easy to manage. Access was easy and the whole experience was first class. 10/10 will use a agian.

Excellent customer service when I stored house items for nearly three years recently. My belongings were stored safely and securely in excellent condition. When I vacated my storage unit recently all the items were in perfect condition. All staff were excellent in answering any of my queries, were always accommodating and helpful. Amazing service and definitely recommend using Safestore.

Really recommend the facilities and the team who are super helpful. The location is easily accessible and has handy parking to drop off and collect. There are a good range of unit sizes and the units are clean, tidy and secure; everything you need!

Simple to research online and make initial booking. Followed up by phone call the following morning to confirm. Good options for students from a pallet up to rooms of different sizes. Price included insurance automatically, which should be covered by parents' home insurance, so check this as you probably won't need it. Also I asked for a pallet and was quoted for a room, so again double check your quote when it comes through. However easy to change. Polite and helpful staff.

The website is utterly useless and won't provide a quote no matter how many times I enter the data. Now looking elsewhere.

Excellent service, second year of using them for the storage of student belongings for my daughter. Thought I would use them again, it was quick and easy as they still has my details. Using Safestore takes the stress out of storing items at home. Brilliant would definitely recommend!!
